She is scammer. Luring people over insta, just to place order. I tried putting an order and leaving in the cart and I got their mail. I placed a 1100Rs. order which is big enough for free delivery on 18th April and till date it hasn't arrived. She doesn't respond anywhere. I AM SO DISSAPOINTED.

She is a scammer. The business is fraud. My 2500 gone. It’s been 2 months no updates and no one replies to your messages.

She is fooling people

It has been 29 DAYS since i have placed my order. I have been getting Zero updates even after multiple requests across all communication means i could find. I need my refund if they cannot deliver what they promise.

She is a scammer. I don't in how many years she is going to send my parcel it's been a year. I ordered two items. I lost my money. I did online payment 😔. She is also not responding to any message n mails. Such a jerk.
Please don't buy products from this website totally fake and scammer. Hope she will get her karma.

first of all the owner who herself is the designer will talk so nicely to you and then shows her true colour
i ordered a co-ord set it took me 15 days just to reach out to them email doesn't works, tracking page doesn't works, no wp contact and if they contact they won't have proper way of addressing your issue all is that they are correct and we are wrong.
the co-ord set i ordered was around 2k-2.5k trusting this brand was my mistake, they showed it was in stock when after 15 days i asked my order tracking they started making up story the item is out of stock you can select any other fabric also i considered it but after sometime she called again telling the fabric is again out of stock and select some other i did that too but now comes the part almost after one month she told me your order was dispatched and reached you home but you didn't pickup the call.....i didn't got any notification from any of the delivery partner no tracking id, no delivery otp and when i tried contacting her she tells it was a custom piece and because of me she has faced loss and all made up story i asked her to send me ss of the call history of delivery she ignored and blocked me
if i would give minus rating i would have given and would not suggest buying from her

She is just a fraud never got my parcel she didn't even reply any of my mails and dm please don't shop from this site if you don't want to lose your money

They will just take your money, will not give your order, I waited for more than one month still they are not contacting me, I am trying to contact them, but they are not replying to my mails, as their is only prepayment method I paid 2000 rs still their is no update about my order. .

I ordered over a month ago, and they still haven’t shipped it. Their website gives fake delivery dates, and the only way to get updates is by constantly chasing them through DMs and emails—which they barely respond to. They keep making false promises about shipping, and even after weeks of running behind them, there's no sign of my order.

I get that stitching things from scratch takes time, and that’s fine. But why lie about shipping timelines? Now they have my money, I have zero idea where my order is, if they’ll ever respond, or if I’ll even get a refund.

And I know I’m not the only one—Reddit is full of complaints about them. At this point, they seem more obsessed with Instagram likes & comments than actually delivering orders.
