High-quality product & Excellent customer service

I found out about NOVA and their NOVA H1 Audio Earrings from Prosieben TV report on the most innovative products at CES 2023 in Las Vegas and I was honestly amazed by the technology (never heard anything like it before!). After reading more about the product and checking the brand's social media, I ordered a pair of Audio Earrings from the NOVA website. My order arrived neatly packed in a beautiful gift box.
The customer service was top notch. I contacted NOVA to change the version from stud to clip-on for more flexibility and they were very friendly and helpful. I've had my NOVA H1 Audio Earrings for over a month now and I am just in love with them!
I work in business development and meet a lot of clients on a daily basis, so I needed something more elegant than traditional earbuds. The Audio Earrings from NOVA suit me perfectly with their beautiful design and a touch of elegance. One of the greatest features for me is that I can talk to my colleagues without interrupting the music in my audio earrings. The sound quality is also good.

I thought I'd share my positive experience of the NOVA brand here in case any of you are interested too.
