Warning they will sell you unusable products.

I purchased a program from this company about 2 years ago. I downloaded it and installed it. I also bought the back up disc, in case I ever needed to do a reinstall (Virtual Architect V.11). The activation code that came with it didn't work. They sent me another. Things werte fine. Untill? I had my computer worked on and had to do a reinstall. Neither of the codes I had would work. I contacted them for another. They've been jerking me around for nearly a month now I tried everything they said a dozen times. It's not the computer. On one of thier web sites buried under other disclaimers, I found a statement saying (The codes may only work once or several times). Thier I T company said they "all" only work once. So why did they sell me a back up disc they knew was no good? Because they LIE and RIP people off! The program if you can get a code for it is excellent. They don't even have a phone number. Thier I T company isn't part of thier company but they said they get calls just like this every day. You can only contact them by Email so, If you want an honest company where you get what you pay for and don't get ripped off look elsewhere.

This company is a spam email company…

This company is a spam email company disguising themselves as a software company. Even though I have told them to remove me from their email list you still get a lot of daily spam email from them that even the spam blockers can't stop. I must get about 5 or 6 spam emails from them every day.
