NOVARTIS SANDY HAYES ENTRESTO

I HAVE BEEN USING NOVARTIS FOR A FEW YEARS. I WAS GETTING ENTRESTO AT NO COST. WHEN I CALLED TO REFILL, IT CAME IN 3 DAYS. I THOUGHT THEY WERE GREAT.

I WAS SORRY TO HEAR THEY STARTED A GENERIC FOR
ENTRESTO, BECAUSE NOW I HAVE TO GET IT AT CVS DRUG STORE. I AM ON MEDICARE, SOCIAL SECURITY, SO IT WILL BE DIFFICULT TO PAY FOR MY ENTRESTO. I HAVE TO HAVE IT FOR MY HEART.

Urgent

Urgent: Ongoing Issues with Novartis Rx Program – Unacceptable Delays and Lack of Accountability!
I am extremely frustrated with my experience. Novartis has repeatedly failed to meet even the most basic expectations for patient care.
First, I was told Novartis would not allow me to use another shipper even though I offered to cover the cost myself. FedEx, their chosen shipper, refuses to leave packages at my door, unlike USPS and UPS. I work late hours and cannot be home to receive my medication, which makes this inflexible shipping policy completely unworkable.

Second, after arranging for a neighbor who works from home to accept the delivery, Novartis still refused to accommodate the request. For the past three weeks, I have called the Novartis Rx Program repeatedly to schedule a delivery, only to be told each time that Cosentyx Team Connect will contact my dermatologist. When I speak with my dermatologist, they assure me that they’ve sent the necessary paperwork to Novartis multiple times.
To make matters worse, a Novartis representative told me that someone from the Quality team would contact me directly. That never happened. No follow-up. No accountability.
I have now been without my medication for several weeks. This is not just an inconvenience it is a serious disruption to my treatment and health. The lack of coordination, communication, and urgency from Novartis is unacceptable. This situation needs to be resolved immediately
Patients should not be left in limbo or forced to beg for access to necessary medication.

I have been using Betopics for over twenty years. Loyal customer I would say. THEN out of the blue the Betopics is discontinued. What about your loyalty to your customers?

I have been using Betopics for over twenty years. Loyal customer I would say.
THEN out of the blue the Betopics is discontinued.
What about your loyalty to your customers?
We have tried several different glaucoma products and I am allergic to the ingredients in them.
It is like taking away someones life! What is the point of living if you were used to vision and then it is taken away because of Novartis not caring about their customers of twenty years?
I am completely and utterly disappointed in your company!
Would you like your Mother to go blind because of a company that does not give a hoot?

Customer Service for the Novartis…

Customer Service for the Novartis patient is a joke in my opinion. I started Cosentyx in March of 24'.

At this point it's now June 24', the only thing the company has right with me is my name and address and phone. Everything else fails with their customer service.

I ordered medication on June 5th, was told it was processed and would be shipping on the 13th so I could inject on the 14th. Never happened. I never got my tracking and called on the 13th just to hear the automated system say that I had no shipments or prescriptions at this time. Never got a call or message saying they would not be shipping my medication.

I call on the 14th just to find out that nothing has shipped and somehow my doctor that I have been with since day one of my diagnosis , their information is no longer in their system. They show that I changed doctors!!

I am like why would I change doctors? I never have changed doctors. So in short the rep tells me that I have to contact my doctor to put in an application and prescription AGAIN!!!

A joke when it comes to their call center reps being on the same page. I have worked in IT for over 30 years. I know what DATABASE are! I know how records and fields work, in a spreadsheet and a DB.
I feel I am being played with and I am sick with Severe Plaque Psoriasis.

As I suffer, I feel I am just a money maker for them and they dont have any compassion or even care that everytime I place an order, I have to do this prescription request to my doctor and contact my doctor every time I try to place an order.

I shouldn't have to contact my doctor every time I place an order for medication because Novartis cant get their system right. I never had issues like this with my other medicine provider.

I get anxiety knowing that when I call Novartis I will not be helped, the customer rep will not have my prescription, they will not have the paper work straight and I will not get my medication on the first call.

I'm just disgusted as a sickly person that a trillion dollar company can't simply take better care of their patient information and streamline their process for patients to order medication.

My husband just had heart surgery and…

My husband just had heart surgery and have been trying to get his medication for three weeks. Every time we call they keep saying they do not have his documents. The document were sent over by the hospital, UPS and the nurse. This company will kill you if you are waiting for medication. Do not use them !!!
