Linkfire, the company that powers the fanlinks, unfortunately doesn't support all the stores that Novecore supports, this doesn't mean however that your music isn't out there. Please also note that it can take up to two weeks for your release to show up in all stores.

Regarding Apple Music, we indeed do not currently deliver there. We are aware of the demand for distribution to Apple Music and are working hard to get this feature live ASAP.

Everytime i try to upload a track it gets rejected

Everytime i try to upload a track it gets rejected or says bad meta data even if the beat was produced by my own producer this sucks and i also keep getting this ridiculous error about your composer name is invalid what the heck does that even mean?? terrible i wouldve been better off giving my money to some thieves than this

Unfortunately, there are certain rules imposed on us by the stores. Bad Metadata means that the metadata violates the stores' guidelines (you can find them at https://help.apple.com/itc/musicstyleguide/en.lproj/static.html).

Invalid Composer Name means that the composer name you entered is not a real name. Please note that stage names are not allowed in the composer field (as is also noted on the upload form).

Incompetent and childish association

Where am I supposed to start? It started when I wanted to upload an album as soon as possible. Following my friend's recommendations, I should use Novecore. Since so many have recommended it, I have bought a Premium membership without hesitation. The advantages of a Premium membership include the distribution of the album within 24 hours. Of course, I wanted to take advantage of this and unfortunately had to find out that this was not the case. So I contacted the team. As far as I know, the team consists of three members. I contacted both the normal support and the vice president via his e-mail address. When no answer came after 12 hours, I contacted the vice president via Discord (who, by the way, actively uses it). Unfortunately, I made the mistake of uploading the same album on 2 distributions. The first distribution page hasn't been able to upload my album in a week, so I wanted to use the "quick" Novecore. If it were to be uploaded there, I would of course cancel the album from the first page. Well, that was the plan. But the dear vice president removed the album from Novecore without my consent. When I asked him why he did it, he said that he does not care and answered with ridiculous smileys. Later it turned out that my album was rejected because of a false postive copyright claim.
So let's be clear: The site is dubious, albums are wrongly rejected, so that the 24 hour delivery cannot be met and the vice president behaves childishly. In addition, the mails are read, but it is not necessarily answered quickly (at least for me).
The one star is (unintentionally) only because I have been reimbursed for the premium membership (they did it because it says in the ToS and they would never have done it out of goodwill.)

your album was reviewed very shortly after the 24 hours mark and would have been delivered minutes later. You did however tell me that you have uploaded your release on multiple distributors, which is a clear violation of our Terms of Service.

You have sent a ticket a few hours after uploading your release and sent an email to me directly a few hours after that complaining about speed. At this time the 24 hours where about halfway over. Please do note that my email address is absolutely not a support channel and no guarantee for response time (or any response for that matter) can be given on it. On our ticket support, we try to reply within 24 hours, but it can sometimes take up to 48. Our team consists of 9 people across all different areas (management, customer support, content operations, software development and IT operations) at the moment.

I don't see how me personally using Discord is any argument here, it is certainly not an official support channel either.

The decision to terminate your account was made after you verbally abused me on Discord and, put in your own words, acted incredibly childish. There was indeed a false flag in the system about potential copyright issues (caused by you using public samples) and without this it may have been released earlier, however this in no way caused any rejection.

The decision to refund your premium membership was solely made as a gesture of goodwill and our ToS explicitly state that no refunds are made if an upload has already been done, no matter whether it is accepted or not (though we do not always enforce this).

This is the best free distributor

This is the best free distributor. I can easily get into the Spotify Artist page, just had to wait 2 minutes for the email. My songs were accepted after 10 minutes and were on YouTube Music after 15 minutes. It takes 1 day for Spotify. It's even on Instagram. Disadvantage that it does not depend on Apple Music.

poor customer service

poor customer service, no response, distribution in a bad way and worst of all, they do not respond for the charges added to your card, I asked for a statement that they have not sent me to this day, there is no good customer service , this following month I will change to another distribution service. Not transparent

Please be transparent for the channels you had, if you haven't channel in Apple Music, don't display in the website. So, I with my team should be re-submit our discographies through another agregator just for Apple Music. Please remove it when you hadn't relation with them

Thieves wont pay me my royalities they keeping my money!

I like make this review short to all artist reading this company is scam and fraud and steal money. To explain i first complained why i didnt recieve my payment they first claimed "infringement"(but later on admitted it was lies)they even claimed trademark(later admitted lies) according to them they say i impersonated major artist(if you though its collabation u can even check) so now they wont pay me they are fraud report them to the uk government they keeping my money based on their own greed!SCAM

It is indeed the best distributor so…

It is indeed the best distributor so far,I had my second song delivered to stores in 2 to 3 days.But there is a payment problem with regards to the Artist Stats.There is no clear answer as to when will the artist get paid although the stats increases daily.

Awful metadata editing aspect
They don't explain anything to you about file requirements
On whether it is up to standard for the stores
And they don't distribute to Apple music and iTunes
Oh God I just wasted two weeks waiting for their release on apple only for them to create a profile with my name but no music
Novecore is a waste of time
Please if you love your music and your career don't use it please

We do indeed not currently distribute to Apple Music (and haven't for a few months now). We are currently working on getting Apple Music back as store however this is not something we can control ourselves. Please note that we also do not create Apple Music artist pages at this time.
