I've been using this hosting for a year and I'm very satisfied. No downtime. My servers are stable. Once my hard drive fail (note that this can happen even with new drives - they sometimes fail), the support team replaced the drive without stopping my server because it was in RAID 10, making this possible. Don't pay attention to negative comments, I suspect they're from competitors and aren't truthful. I highly recommend this hosting if you have a serious business.

Registered an account, my partner paid. 24 hours later I opened a ticket to know when I will get my server. They immediately say my order is fraudulent and closed my ticket. Not even a refund. Didn't even ask me to verify myself or the payment instrument or anything. Absolutely avoid!

Look, let's just lay it out straight. Comparing this host to the likes of OVH or AWS or what-have-you is, if not apples and oranges, methanol to ethanol. You are here because you have a particular need, they are able to provide that need as long as your need exceeds your possible concerns regarding the relative lack of choice and the cost associated with the assumption of risk on behalf of you. Best hosting since years. Using them over three years now. Their name was before Ecatel. Never had any issues and good connections to Netherlands.
