Had a Ozempic pen go dry after two .5 mg injections. This was the 4th pen I have used and all previously worked fine. Took it back to the Pharmacy and they advised the pen was defective as it wouldn't dial up to required dosage. Advised to call Novanordisk and was put on hold for 34 minutes. Then was told by representative that I was injecting wrong. When i asked why the previous pens worked fine they had answer.
Awful, feel conned.
Again, wish I could leave a zero. For a while you could actually get through to someone, but then it got worse than before. The wrong dose was sent and after waiting for hours on multiple occasions I just asked for half a refund as I'd have to double up on the shots, giving me 2 not 4 doses. Was told they would listen to my call, where I repeatedly was assured they had the higher dose prescription and would send it. and that they'd get back to me. Someone called me said they would connect me to someone that would help. After an hour on hold a snotty woman said they don't replay and listen to calls (where I repeatedly asked for assurance that I would receive the higher dose).
They didn't listen to the call and just said the wrong dose was my fault. Luckily I didn't have much weight to lose so will just cancel. Never again.

I gave only one star because I can not give 0. this company when it comes to PAP, since the switched the way to submit the application, it turned into a mess.
today, I called in regards of one of my Pt's app which was submitted on 02/18/26 and " it was not found" this is not the first time.
I was told that we did not submit the application, but I told them I got the confirmation with date and time. refused to accept the submission proof.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company’s customer service and policies.
During my last injection, my 1 mg Wegovy pen malfunctioned and would not dispense the medication while it was in use. I removed the injector from my skin to inspect the issue and tried pressing the plunger to see why the medication wasn’t releasing. When I did, the medication suddenly sprayed out, causing me to lose part of the dose. As a result, my next injection will be lower than the prescribed 1 mg.
I contacted customer service to report the malfunction and request assistance. Unfortunately, they blamed me for the lost medication and refused to replace or refill the dose. There was no concern shown for how missing part of a prescribed dose might affect my treatment or health.
I also submitted an official complaint but never received any response.
For a medication that is extremely expensive and medically important, I expected far better support and accountability. Instead, I was met with dismissive service and rigid policies that place all responsibility on the patient—even when the device itself appears to malfunction.
Overall, this experience left me feeling that the company prioritizes profit over patient care.

I was prescribed 0.25 mg Wegovy subcutaneous in late Jan. 2026. The first two needles worked fine. The third needle after again following the instructions and the video jammed in the down position. The Novonordisk company wad contacted and the problem shared with them. They sent me a lot of questions and suggestions to fix the problem but the plunger was not budging and I wasn't forcing it. They were.notified again and the suggested I try the last dose. I tried but the plunger was still stuck in the down position. I advised them again. They sent back another barrage of questions and suggestion. I told them the syringe pen was defective and I wanted a refund that was over $300. I also told them I had gone through all of their procedures and suggestions and I wasn't going through any more. I guess they think I'm lying to them. Very poor customer service for a billion dollar worldwide company. I have not heard from them since and I'm out a lot of money. It appears that many people are having similar experiences. Maybe a CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT IS IN ORDER.

I just call Novo Nordisk for an insulin pen that is not working and the service was appalling. When I asked the rep. to register my call as a complaint she cut me off.
The NHS has to move on from using this provider as they do not want to replace faulty products and therefore further pens are bought by the NHS.

This has been a wild experience. The worst service I have ever received. A prescription was sent week ago. I have called seven separate times and am on hold for hours. Every single time, I am told there was an “error in processing” an I am assured it is fixed by management. Then every single time, Center Well pharmacy says they never received it. I am in the same cycle over and over again. The service is horrendous and the execs should be ashamed.

They were both helpful but unfortunately im still waiting because the script # provided and verified is not yet in the system so i still can't place my order.
Absolutely the worst experience in my 50 years on this earth!!! Endless phone calls and atleast an hour hold time ony to be transfered to Centerwell to be on hold for FIVE HOURS just to be redirected back to Novocare. Continuously being told Novocare sent the script over to Centerwell and Centerwell telling me to talk to Novoocare because they haven't received it. 3 weeks later and being told it was sent to Centerwell 4x i'm still the monkey in the middle without my medication. My last call this morning was that they sent it over a 4th time and I should just wait to be contacted. If I did that id NEVER RECEIVE IT! Americas biggest online retailer has it at the same price delivered to your door. I will be transferring my prescription today.

After 4 calls lasting between 27 minutes and 42 minutes and in the end being hung up on, I finally got an agent that stayed with me after one hour and ten minutes and as soon as she connected me with the novonordisk pharmacy, I was hung up on!

Worst Drug company ever!
I believe this patient assistance program is the WORST drug assistance program ever! It takes months for medications to be delivered. When I call, I get very kind representatives but the issues never get resolved! There is no followup to filing paperwork, no call backs, no consistency in ordering. Latest issues is my med ships UPS and it gets a few hundred miles from shipper, and is then returned to sender for whatever reason. No one at Novo can explain the real reason it's returned. This has resulted in medication being delayed for MONTHS! Not 1 or 2, but 4 or 5 months! NOW this has happened twice in last 10 days. Perhaps they should switch shippers??? FedEx has no problem ever shipping medication directly to my home. This patient assistance program is absolutely terrible. I suggest using a different drug company if possible!
Replacement pen
I find it very discouraging that a company of this nature refused to help a patient going thru a difficult situation. I called them today because I had a death in my family. And in the rush to get to the hospital I accidentally left my pen in the car and the temp dropped below freezing. I realize it was my fault but I feel like there could be extenuating circumstances in this situation. They would not even consider it. I have never requested anything like this before I'm sure they could have a file on record that I received a voucher so I couldn't abuse the company. Very disappointed in this company! Seems like a heartless and uncaring company!

Faulty Pen & Faulty Service
Pen clearly malfunctioned and misfired before product could be administered. I was told there was nothing they could do since my doctor started me at .50 mg and not the recommended .25 mg. Nothing to do with the pen malfunctioning. $1.8B company that won't replace a faulty pen that costs them maybe $10 a box to make. This company sucks.

It’s been 5 months of constant hell trying to get patient assistance for my senior citizen mother to help with her prescription. It’s been 5 months of faxing over paperwork and insurance cards, appeal letters, insurance termination letters and then having to call every 2 weeks to hear we need something else faxed. Something that could have been told to us 5 months ago. It’s a game, there is no way this couldn’t be handled 5 months ago, especially since she was approved for it in October of 2024

My Fiasp Insulin had some grey particles in the insulin, the insulin was damaged and was not reducing the glucose. I was travelling in Europe and made a complaint to the Company through the Health authorities. Novo Nordisk never gave me a proper answer and never apologized. Also they were out of Fiasp stock for months and same behaviour. They are useless.
