bad customer service... ok website...
Drove down to California on vacation from Idaho, had seen the selection of chainsaw and accessories on their website which has alot on information on it. thought i'd stop in to check some saws out... big mistake... they didnt have a single saw on display :( then i waited in line to speak to someone to get some help and to ask why there was not product on the shelf to look at. there was ne mexican guy helping what seemed to be only mexicans that were in the line ahead of me. there were three white people that were sitting in the back messing around on the computer eating burgers and fries. i stood there for over 20 minutes and finally gave up... the saw shop back home is 1/4 the size and has 10x more product and they always greet you with a smile and "I'll be right with you" when you walk in. extremely poor customer service on the part of npeco... shame on you! I will not be back nor will i ever order anything from you.
