Initial contact by phone was excellent. Visit arranged for 30 June for inspection in order to send me a quote. The man arrived an hour early, met my builder to discuss what was needed, I.e. only the pipework plumbing. No notes or measurements were carried out by the man. The quote arrived promptly but included the work which my builder was going to carry out. I phoned to explain their error, sent a table to show division of works and they apologised and said they would send an amended quote. The amended quote has not yet been sent. I then receive this survey which thanks me for my purchase but I haven’t purchased anything. I have now accepted a quote from another company, who visited early this week and took measurements and notes. Please accept this as constructive rather than a complaint.

Quick service - fixed the problem - good price.

My boiler received a service from N Price Ltd, and I was happy with the service. Communication was spot on and their engineer was prompt, professional, and didn't leave a mess behind. He explained everything in plain English, so I knew what was going on. Highly recommend if your boiler needs a bit of TLC!

Absolutely lovely people very respectful and not in any way patronising which is very refreshing as a 73 year old woman. One of the men even showed me what was wrong and explained it all.
