I’m really pleased that Worcester Bosch helpline recommended Nathan Price to me a couple of years ago, I’ve been so pleased with them. William has serviced the boiler for the second year running, and is really helpful, answering questions etc. The whole team are friendly and I know that Nathan himself, is a great problem solver, which may be necessary, as my heating has been altered a lot over the years, and is not straightforward!

Good, clear communication, arrived on time. I have found over the years that N Price do what they agree to do, with no messing.
The heating engineer (Will) was excellent, too. Very friendly and professional. Top marks!

Our boiler service appointment was cancelled twice, once due to illness and the second time an emergency call out. As our appointment was a routine service we were able to accommodate the revised date without too much trouble.
Your engineer arrived on time and carried out the service efficiently. He was polite and explained a possible future problem for which we subsequently received a written quote.

From start to finish N Price did an excellent job. The office staff were very helpful on the phone and arranged for the job to be done within two days of my call. On the day, the plumber let me know that he was running ahead of schedule and was asked if it was ok to get in with the work. Upon arrival, he asked if he should take his shoes off, patiently listened whilst I explained the problem and proceeded to do what was needed. He was extremely efficient, polite and quick and left everything in perfect order when done. I would certainly recommend N Price to anyone needing a plumbing repair.

William from N. Price plumbing and heating was courteous, professional and thorough doing this year’s Gas Safe check on my Vokera boiler. Gave me valuable advice about renewing my CO monitor and reassured me that the outside flue was functioning as were all the parts within the boiler itself. Another sterling piece of work from this company that I have grown to rely on and have confidence in, in recent years.

I started using Neil Price a few years ago, having previously had British Gas Homecare. This company is wonderful to deal with, no hanging about on the phone and you get to speak to a human straight away!.
The maintenance visit was pre-booked and confirmed the day before. Thomas the engineer was very polite, even removing his shoes at the door. He explained what he was going to do and how everything worked.
All in all excellent service from the office staff and engineers and would definitely recommend.
