Always helpful and trustworthy

Easy to arrange boiler service. Turned up on time, cleaned up after.

The company kept to the time. The emails were clear and polite. The product appears to be just great - it's cosy and warm this morning and the hot water is flowing as it should. The team cleaned up nicely, and were pleasant to have in the flat - polite and helpful.

Very professional installers (Nathan and team) and considerate workers. Worked within the considerations of my flat and the block, flexible and accommodating attitude. Tidy at the end of the day's work, easy to talk and make suggestions and requests.

After a boiler service and assessment we needed a few replacement parts fitted—a leak was causing pressure loss and air to get into our radiators. Engineer, Stefan, returned to carry out the work required. Stefan is polite, efficient and tidy and we were very happy with his work to ensure our heating and hot water remained on, now winter has set in.
Only down side was his previous job over ran so he was very late arriving for our booking. I had to call their office twice.

Nathan (1) came and quoted for flush, pump, magnet filter, new valve. Nathan (2) got the job done, arrived at 830, left after 430, diligently working through each rad, taking loads of gunk out.
We have heating across the house for the first time in years. Very happy bunch.

New boiler installed in a day by a great team. All work carried out very professionally, on/ahead of schedule and no mess left behind. It was a pleasure to have the guys on site, they were courteous and friendly and kept us fully informed about progress etc. I have had boiler servicing and minor plumbing work done over many years by N Price Ltd always to the same high standards. I will definitely continue to use them in future.

My engineer was good on timekeeping very polite and just got on with the job he had to do. Explained in full what I needed to prepare for and after finishing the work ran through the details with the boiler.
