My experience Review of My Experience at Solvo Carries and Their Client, the National Service Bureau at Solvo Carries

My experience working at Solvo, specifically with their client, the National Service Bureau, has been nothing short of terrible. From the outset, it was clear that Solvo does not prioritize its employees' welfare, as they hire staff without fully adhering to labor regulations and benefits. This disregard for employee rights creates an environment rife with issues, including workplace harassment, which the Human Resources department fails to address adequately. The working conditions, particularly at the Talsa location, are often uncomfortable and unsafe. Many clients of Solvo are aware of these problems but choose to overlook them because they are outsourcing their services. This allows them to benefit from skilled labor at a low cost without feeling the need to get involved or address the underlying issues.Furthermore, the company employs tactics like confidentiality agreements to silence employees, discouraging them from speaking out about their experiences. The situation is exacerbated by the misleading claims made to clients regarding the security of their operations, such as the supposed adherence to PCI standards. In reality, employees are allowed to use their cell phones freely within the office, compromising the very security that clients are led to believe is being provided. In light of these experiences, I feel compelled to exercise my right to free speech and warn others about working at Solvo. It is, without a doubt, the worst place I have ever worked. I urge foreign clients to exercise caution when outsourcing services to companies like Solvo, which present a facade of professionalism while failing to deliver on their promises.
