This hosting service I was with for many years. Just recently I needed to renew my domain. I did it successfully. Two weeks later, clients called me and mentioned my site was down...I checked and NTC said I did not renew although I did and received a domain certificate. I had to repay for the domain and hosting fee...so they charged me twice and would not admit they were at fault. They blamed me and suspended me for spamming them?
I am mortified and find their communication skills to be abhorrent and condescending! I moved my domain and will never do business again with them

Very disappointed. After years of being NTC customer we got the bad surprise. The team decided to renew all our service one day in advance ( they wrote us the renew is on the 15th and they did on the 14th) so we did not have time to deactivate several services. (We had just upgraded to dedicated server). After making them notice that we didn't have time to deactivate because on the day before was already paid they answer NO REFUNDS. That's the worst behavior ever with a customer. So better to use others services, we do not suggest to use NTC.
