Deceived and lied to
I called ahead of time to see if they could do an oil change and tire rotation. I was told there was no wait. I was there within ten minutes and found out from another upset customer that three guys were out. I was told I was the third car and it would be an hour. After 35 minutes my car has still not been taken so I asked the status. I was then told that four cars were ahead of me because two scheduled appointments had come in and they would go ahead of me even though they just dropped off their cars and left. No one had mentioned that cars coming after me were going ahead of me. I was the only person waiting for my car in their waiting room. I am then told that they can’t get to my car until afternoon. I left and will never go there again. What is the point of deceiving customers? What is the point of not advising customers of the schedule when they call? What is the point of keeping people waiting 35 minutes and then tell them that the car will not be serviced until sometime in the afternoon (maybe)? So you can hold cars in reserve to make money? Horrible place. Glad they didn’t service because I would never believe their recommendations.

Super good buying experience no problems at all... Tires shipped out fast from warehouse however, FedEx kinda tripped and landed on their faces a couple times but they arrived and can't wait to test these out on the trail!!

The item I ordered was out of stock, I was emailed immediately and given options. I chose to keep my order and wait until item was restocked. Four days later I received email stating it was restocked and shipping out to me. Great communication!!!

I ordered $2000 worth of products from NTW. A guy that works there named Jeff was relentless and making sure FedEx got my tires to me. Go figure they lost one and although it was 100% their fault Jeff’s got a new one on the way for me, and these aren’t cheap tires. If the best tire does ever show up I’ll be returning it to them because of how good of a job they’ve done. Couldn’t be happier won’t shop anywhere else from now on
