We ordered an extendable circular ceramic table from Nuastyle.

Noel was incredibly helpful and responsive, from our initial enquiry throught the ordering process and then the delivery phase.

He always replied to any question or query we had with the order within hours. He managed our expectations as regards delivery dates and kept us updated with the progress on it being built to order.

His delivery team were very flexible with timing, turned up when they said they would and assembled the table in 20 minutes.

Great experience from start to finish. The website houses some really lovely pieces and I had been searching for a rug to go in the bedroom I'm remodelling in the New Year. Given I love mid-century modern and Japandi interior design and architecture, I needed a green rug that was suptle in design and colour, but soft underfoot: the rug is going on the freshly-laid wooden flooring I'm installing and needs to be stylish but comfortable (so many rugs contain jute nowadays but, for me personally, that doesn't work in a bedroom). I found Nuastyle and there it was: just what I'd been searching for and at a fair price. I reached out to Noel to see if any samples were available (which I doubted, but I always ask whenever I shop online) and he responded in a timely manner, apologising as there were none but reassured me the rug was as represented on the website. I ordered the rug on 14.12.2025 anticipating delivery in January. However, Noel called me 23.12.2025 advising me it was ready to be shipped if I was around to accept delivery. Fast forward to the afternoon of Christmas Eve and DHL arrives (prompt and professional as usual). Given I needed to check the rug and allow it to settle, I put it in my office and it's absolutely beautiful: just as reflected via the website, no imperfections or defects and goes very well with the floor I laid (the same flooring I'll be putting in the bedroom). Very, very happy with my purchase and the customer service, and will be buying from Noel again.

From the minute I contacted Nuastyle with an enquiry right up to and including the delivery of my new sofa today, I have received platinum standard service. Noel was so helpful and polite and my sofa is top quality. The delivery men were also very helpful and communication from both Nuastyle and the delivery company was excellent. In this day and age when customer service seems to matter little to some people, Nuastyle has restored my faith. Outstanding service from start to finish.

Noel was fantastic from start to finish, very helpful and informative from start to finish, sofa arrived earlier than expected and it was no problem, it was stored until I was ready. Would highly recommend.

Received my chairs today.Could not fault this company, which I found on line when looking for a particular make and type of chair in March. I ended up buying two chairs plus I was able to purchase the fabric chosen to cover another chair I have. Service was excellent Noel was easy to contact and converse with. Would highly recommend and hopefully I will use his company in the future.

Pleased with Nuastyle's ordering and delivery process. However the Bontempi Casa stacking chairs I purchased, in my opinion, are not as asthetically pleasing as in the online photos, in which they appear to be more sleek than they are, so I am disappointed in that respect; though they are comfortable. The chairs get 3 stars.

Noel was really helpful in helping me to decide on the colours and material of the sideboard I purchased. I was a little unsure about buying without seeing the product but Noel sent me numerous samples and phoned frequently to discuss.
I couldn't have asked any more of him.

Absolutely wonderful service from Noel and his team! I was looking for a dining table for my new house and Noel was extremely helpful, friendly and patient with my order. Everything went smoothly - from ordering to the delivery timing.

The Softnord sofa I found in a store was not suitable due to its size so I started my online search. I came across Nuastyle and my web chat quickly turned into a telephone conversation with Noel allowing me to find a suitable alternative in the fabric of my choice. The process of ordering and delivery were both very efficient with excellent communication throughout. I would not normally buy sofas online but having seen similar ones in a store, together with the fabric swatches, I decided it was worth the risk. I was not disappointed.
