What a week
What a week ! The first aid at work instructor course was the most enjoyable I have attended....ever. Paul McKenzie the trainer is unique and has some great methods to get his points across. He made the experience fun and put the group at ease from the start. Great course delivered in a great manner. I would definitely recommend Nuco training.

Absolutely appalling training
Absolutely appalling training. No learning. You basically sit there and listen to other people deliver their micro tech. The instructor Michelle did not even correct the mistakes when people were delivering their micro teach. When I complained they said absolutely not entitled to refund so I just waisted over 1k on absolutely useless training I have ever attended!!! Michelle is highly unprofessional and saying things like nuco never improve things and they take a year to change something even when current practices are different now!!!! Please people stay away and go with a different company as you will not learn anything!

The structure of the course, including the micro-teaching sessions, is designed to facilitate peer learning and improve teaching skills by allowing participants to engage directly in teaching and receiving feedback. We understand, however, that this format may not align with everyone’s learning preferences.
Regarding the incident with your laptop, we understand that unexpected issues can arise, and it was for this reason that Michelle offered flexibility in allowing you to deliver your micro-teach session later on in the week. We believe this demonstrates our commitment to accommodating the needs of our participants and providing support to ensure a positive learning experience. However, we were disheartened to learn that you chose to leave the course after the first day of the five day course without discussing your concerns directly with Michelle or any member of our office team. Such a conversation could have provided an opportunity for immediate support and resolution.
Concerning your complaint and the issue of a refund, we strive to adhere to our policies while also understanding and addressing the concerns of our participants. We regret any disappointment this may have caused and would like to assure you that your feedback has been reviewed in detail as part of our commitment to enhancing our training programs.
Regarding your comments about Michelle, we take allegations of unprofessionalism very seriously. Michelle is a dedicated instructor who consistently receives positive feedback for her support and flexibility towards learners. Whilst I have the time may I just send my most sincere thanks for the most superb course and previous subsequent courses. (my fourth with yourselves).
As always you get the best out of people and deliver the topics in a way that put others to shame.
