I travelled up to get a terraceicons…

I travelled up to get a terraceicons track top as I couldn’t find them on the website only to get to Newcastle and the club shop not to have any, It was at that point 2XL became available on the website so I bought. Being in Newcastle - I bought and asked for it to go to an inpost location near my home. The website took my order but gave me vague information - and an outdated mobile number of mine. I messaged asking to change the contact number and the absolute div cancelled the order!!!! WTH - are Newcastle employing people that can’t deal with simple things? Ruined an entire trip up from the south coast. Cheers ‘Alex’ for ruining my week!!
