Amey helped me design my dream bathroom. Everything arrived super quick & the quality is just second to none. We ordered pretty much a full bathroom suite, including radiators. Absolutely over the moon with the finished bathroom, the process was really simple, couldn’t recommend them more.

I deal with Amey regularly with enquiries and orders and she is amazing. Never had any issues with quality or long lead times. Every time I email/call someone from the team I get really fast replies and great advice and service. Can't recommend them enough.

Really helpful customer service today from Elliot at Nuie who helped me find the right tap for my vanity unit.

Purchased Nuie Arvan 5 tap hole bath/shower mixer and matching basin tap. On initial inspection the taps looked good but the issues started when the plumber tried to fit the 5 tap hole mixer set. Instructions consisted of one flimsy page with a diagram which they later said was just there to show the parts. The flexi hoses supplied were no where near long enough to attach across 5 spouts and the connections were too big to fit on the bath properly, without hitting the wall. Emailed issues to Niue who were absolutely useless. They didn't answer all the questions, said if you need longer flexi pipes - source your own despite me telling them that no plumbers merchants stock them in the length needed (100cm). They sent a weblink for a 40cm one, totally useless. No proper installation instructions provided and product extremely difficult to fit, if not impossible. They just said they could not help so your on your own! We will never buy a Niue product again. Stay clear of them, I wish I had!

Easy to deal with, great product

Cheap acrylic capped shower tray poorly packaged. Had no less than 5 trays ordered and handled by different carriers and 3 seperate suppliers ALL WERE BROKEN CRACKED OR DAMAGED in some way.

Are they coming from the source factory already broken?
It is IMPOSSIBLE to see the corners or edges under a tight shrink wrap around a very inadequate edge cover. As soon as you split the plasric cover it's obvious the corners and edges have not been suitably protected.

I purchased a bathroom from Nuie using a couple of different companies and it was perfect, so I purchased a second bathroom for my parents house and that too is really nice. I spent thousands with them - vanity units, cupboards, sinks etc.
So when one of the doors on the vanity unit got a crack in it I contacted customer service - it’s only been in for 7 months. I sent over the requisite pictures as requested. The crack is letting water in of course but it’s strange as it’s down the middle, not on an edge.
Oh my god, their customers service are so bad. It’s like they’re the opposite of customer service.
This company could not give a hoot about you once they have your money. They’re all profit and no service.
Not only will they not replace the door (a paltry cost) they won’t even let me BUY a new door - I have to BUY a whole new sink unit from them.
Why am I not under warranty?
Apparently I LET THE BATHROOM GET WET!!!!!
Nuie do not supply bathroom vanity units which are watertight - you can’t let them get wet.
Now, there are only two of us, no kids here, and I’ve never once noticed wet doors or wet floors by the sink - the damn thing hangs over the unit. It’s my view that the door has cracked, and the humidity in the bathroom has opened it up. Apparently, they are water experts.
NUIE will do nothing. Replace nothing, sell me nothing, send me nothing. It is a basic GO AWAY.
I have a busted vanity unit in a 7 month old bathroom that I paid thousands for and the company tells me that it’s all my fault. I am now concerned about the quality of 2 bathrooms.
TAKE A LOOK AT THEIR PROFITS ON COMPANIES HOUSE.
I also have my own company and my god, I do not run it like this.

My customer ordered Nuie bath, I drilled holes for tap and installed tha tap, it leant forward... A lot.. Put my spirit level on the back where the taps are to level it up and level rocked in the middle. And one of the Base plates of tap had a gap at front, the other had a gap at the back, very poor moulding. After filing a complaint we were told that you need to attach the tails to the tap and fill tap with water and put batten under bath and it will drop back into shape. If the bath tap tails and them having water in them would be enough to make it go back into shape then this would make a B&Q bath stronger, also any battening would prevent this from happening, load of cxxx. Wont be advising customer to buy these again.

After a lot of searching for a black slate effect stone resin shower tray 1400 x 900 i eventually found one from Nuie. I was delighted to find this as not many of this style around with the drying area and waste in the right place.
My excitement soon turned into a nightmare , working a a tight schedule the tray turned up in good time and plumber booked Monday morning to fit. on opening the packaging i could see it looked a little odd, it seemed to bow in the middle. Once the plumber layed it down on the level prepared bathroom floor it was then immediately obvious is was major bowed , the Plumber said it was like a Banana, totally useless. Obviously no form of quality control on there products before sending out. Then over next 4 days of sending photos etc to try and get a quick replacement before the bathroom tiles due to be fitted on the Friday, was then told they had no more in stock for at least 3 weeks. so rather than tell me this on Monday , have wasted most of the week , i now need to find a new supplier ( wont go anywhere near this shower of S'@t company) to try and find one similar in less than 24 hours which wont happen and now have to put the whole bathroom project back. wish id never set eyes on them , its now cost me more in delays than the cost of the shower tray. steer clear. This experience with them has brought me to tears its soo bad.

NUIE BATHROOMS / ROXOR GROUP

We purchased a £330.00 wet room screen and return panel from WeLoveBathrooms.com and manufactured by NUIE BATHROOMS/ROXOR GROUP. The shower glass is 10mm shorter than the wall profile panel which holds it in place. Bizarrely they are supplied together and look horrendous and unfinished just utterly ridiculous. According to Nuie Bathrooms/Roxor Group this is correct and how it's meant to be...although all the pictures on their website and everywhere else for that matter do not show this flaw, they show perfectly matched height shower screen glass and wall profiles.

When I made contact with NUIE BATHROOMS/ROXOR GROUP for help I was told the images used for advertising were 'Lifestyle images' Lifestyle images are a representation and not a live product so they can differ slightly.

WOW, false advertising of products and components and they think this is ok!!! Trading Standards may have a different view.

The customer service is appalling and basically said tough...not our problem!! So the upshot is, we spent thousands of pounds on a new bathroom and fitter and the final thing to be installed is the shower glass and it's a disaster....

If you sell flawed or faulty products you need to be prepared to do something about it...that's what people will remember.

A very inadequate response!

I’m sure other customers and Trading Standards would disagree with your take on ‘differing and lifestyle images’ which are not representative of the actual products being purchased.

The fixings included with the return panel are a completely different colour from the profile as I stated below so again, sub-standard products.

Lifestyle images are a representation and not a live product so they can differ slightly. We can send the cover caps for the top of the profile ?

Other than that if you are not entirely satisfied with the products you will need to go back to your retailer to see if you can return them (they may not do this with you having fit the items though)

We cannot send new product out as they will be the same as what you have and you are not happy with them

It doesn’t matter what you call the images, if they are not representative of the actual product being sold then that’s false advertising. There were no caps included in the shower glass box, there are fixings for the return panel which are a completely different colour to the wall profile panel that came with it!

Even if caps were supplied it would look ridiculous and proud of the glass and is regarded as sub standard

These images on our website are lifestyle images and not actually live images of the products. We could open boxes in the warehouse of the wet room screens and all of the glass would be sat like they are in yours and the images from our showroom
It is not a flaw in the product it is how they are designed and manufactured. Have you got the top caps that sit on the top of the profiles ?

Contrary to the blurry image you have just sent, please see attached the images advertised to sell the 2 items we purchased. Also on your Nuie website this flaw is not shown, all images are clear the glass meets the top of the profile?

Our professional bathroom fitter with 20yrs experience has never seen anything like it…and it is regarded as a flaw. We could not have anticipated this until it was fitted either which puts us in a hugely compromised position. We’ve spent 4 weeks and a fortune refurbing this en-suite bathroom with today as the finish deadline. The shower glass is last to be fitted for obvious reasons and to find out it is flawed is just a horror show.

We need your help to resolve this issue??

This is correct for these products, please see attached images from the ones in our showroom, you can see that the glass doesn't reach the top of the profile in these. This is the way they are designed

Good to speak to you earlier and as discussed I've attached photographs of
the gap of 10mm at the top of the profile where the glass is too short.
We have just checked the 300mm return panel and sadly it's the same, there
is 10mm gap where the glass doesn't come to the top of the profile which
would look very odd indeed if it had been installed.
As I said our fitter is here and in the process of finishing the bathroom so
we are a bit compromised for time.

We had a glass panel on our shower shatter just as we exhanged contracts on the sale of our house. We had to make good the shower and guess what - these people delivered.

We were desperate and NUIE don't normally sell to the public direct. Yet they did to sort us out. First delivery two parts were missing so I rang yesterday up to get the two parts and hey presto they arrived today!

Beat that!
