I’m fuming !!! I went to the Numark pharmacy in West End Bisley to have Springtime Covid injection. I arrived on time and was checked in by colleague there who was friendly. But then the pharmacist asked her to get proof I was eligible for it. Anyway I got flustered as I was running late to get my daughter. I eventually found proof and the pharmacist said she could now do it. I didn’t have time then now. Just got home to re book and it won’t allow me to do so!! I wouldn’t have booked the appointment if I wasn’t eligible. I’m so angry with the way I was made to feel like a liar. I have enough going on with my health and life without being treated like that

Place wasnt even open, still waiting its 0849 supposed to open 0830 , I had a appointment at 08.45 with no prescription.

Now waiting for it to open then have to wait on another doctors appointment then late for work.

If I could give a lower score I would.
I am appalled by the inconsiderate driver who parked his whole van on the pavement causing an obstruction to a pharmacy where elderly and vulnerable people are.
I had to go in the road to pass Livesey Pharmacy today as would anyone with a pram, wheelchair and the guy with the mobility scooter who lives close by and shops at the nearby co-op.
The driver didn’t even apologise.
Putting the safety of others at risk to save him a 5 metre walk with a couple of light weight boxes is deplorable. His attitude worse. Lazy and incompetent. Would put me off using the pharmacy for all these reasons and the fact they think this acceptable.
Had it been dark or raining this could have been so much worse.

Do not buy Numark paracetamol 120mg oral suspension.

I advised to stay away from this product unless you want you toddler to have hyperactivity and possibly ADHD in later life. Simply search the side effects of E123 and E211 which are an active ingredient within this poison they call oral paracetamol. There are other products without the red colouring which does not give side effects of hyperactivity.

Whilst I have no particular criticism to make of the company as a whole I would point out to customers that Numark Rehydration Sachets contain Aspartame. This is increasingly being withdrawn from the market as it has proved to damage the gut. Numark need to address this issue as soon as possible.

Helpful customer service and quick delivery - will certainly use again.
Just check the pharmacy label as they put the wrong dosage on the box

Totally poor, slow and unacceptable service in Bootle LIverpool.
Long waits, wrong predication, missing medicine, unprofessional staff. That was my opinion after using them for a quite a few months I moved chemist as it was getting worse instead of better.

My chemist went from Rowlands to Numark took couple of weeks to become familiar with customers but seen as they were thrown in at the deep end so to speak they are now up to speed with all of my prescriptions and can't fault them Thelwall Lane in Warrington

Handed in my prescription and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. An hour later and I was still waiting as the pharmacist was in a consultation. The shop was so busy with people waiting. Not even an apology from any staff member.

They changed the name for the pharmacy at Royal London Hospital to Numark but the same issue continues. Waiting Time is outrageous. You wait 45min to fi d out they don't have this medicine in stock, where I asked them to print the receipt so I can go other pharmacy without waiting. They said no. After 45min we came out with the prescription printed as the medicine was not in stock. Ridiculous. Lady at the counter having chit-chat with another person where so many other people waited to be served...

Excellent service. Third time in 12 months I have ordered from this company, and three times the goods have been delivered in 72 hours from time of ordering, on standard delivery terms.
I get bouts of sciatica and relieved that I can rely on this company to get my (OTC) pain relief meds to me promptly. I'm also glad that it is packaged in a bag and not a box so is letterbox friendly.

Second time they have not got my medications in told me to come back Monday leaving me without vital medication over the weekend

Wouldn't have given any stars if i had that option.worst chemist in Scotland doesn't matter what you are in for it's always half hour wait.chemist empty except me before I can say what I'm in for the girl behind the counter declairs half-hour wait. Go to other chemist across the rd same company walk in the door only to be told half hour. I ask why and told because she's busy I'm not sure doing what as again I was only person in the outlets . Bridgton numark chemist is the worst in Glasgow.

You know the type parents who have taught her no manners , pharmacist just as bad jumping right in to defend her ? Never even asked whats happening? Sumit going on there ? Mabe due to them changing staff all time , joke of a place they couldn't run a bath in there never mind a pharmacy

Really good pharmacy and delivered what I paid for reasonably well

AVOID AVOID...Placed an order, paid and money gone from my account 5 days ago, still no email of acceptance order number delivery etc, no response via email. This is an absolute SCAM

Appalling, amateurish: no acknowledgement of order; goods not received a week after order despite payment being taken so telephoned only to be informed that the goods ordered were not in stock (despite being offered online) and I would only receive email once they had been despatched. They could offer no guarantee on how long I might have to wait. Look elsewhere if you want to order pharmacy items online.

Rowlands pharmacy Duloch Park refused to accept my Lloyd's homecare package. Okay, LPCH should have checked and found that you are no longer a Lloyd's pharmacy. However you are still part of NHS Scotland and as described on the Twitter (X) page high quality patient centred service. I beg to differ. As I mentioned you could have accepted the package and said, sorry but we don't accept these in future.
