I recently signed up to carry out survey duties with Motson Consultants, they gave myself a list of ‘approved’ Umbrella Companies.
First one Brookson very unhelpful tied up in legal jargon, plus a hard sell on extra accountancy services, still never got signed up.
Having used Numbermill in the past, that’s why I contacted yourselves, your call handler, Sara, I believe was amazingly helpful, the process was easy and straightforward.

Definitely for me NumberMill is the best umbrella company by far. Staff are fantastic, quick to respond to queries, polite and professional. I value years of a trouble free business relationship. Yes they charge bit more than the average umbrella company but quality of service justify cost. Thanks NumberMill

I have worked with Numbermill for 8 years now. In all my time dealing with them, I have found them to be extremely professional, responsive, trustworthy and knowledgeable.

I deal with most of their staff and all go out of their way to help. Their director, Ian Richardson is an absolute gentleman, who really cares about his staff and customers. Everything I have ever asked him to do has been completed effectively and efficiently.

Numbermill are also great supporters of young people and have employed a huge number of apprentices over the years. I have seen these young people grow within their organisation and go on to have great careers.

All in all, honourable, driven people who care!

I rate NumberMill very highly. Their customer service and knowledge is excellent. They are efficient and it is easy to deal with back office staff directly in case of any technicalities which is a service larger organisations cannot provide. Trystan Adlington was especially informative and supportive and I am extremely pleased with the overall experience of my time with NumberMill.

Today upon receiving my first payslip i noticed an error on my rate of pay. I emailed the agent Fabien at NumberMill and he was very quick to reply and professionally help resolve all my issues and questions i had.
