Received a quote quickly. Both pick-up and drop-off were conducted professionally and any questions answered. Handy location near to Hackbridge Station. Very pleased with the service.

Our choice was driven by cost and Number One Car & Van Hire was the cheapest. That said the hire process was smooth and efficient and didn't take too long and the van was clean and in good working order. The return was nice and quick, probably because there was nothing extra to report, but appreciated nonetheless.

I received a van where the windows didn't open unless you opened the drivers door, I raised this problem with the guy that handed over the van, but he didn't seem to be bothered by this issue, saying it might rectify it's self latter on. Not the response I was expecting.

Easy to book. Quick and painless pickup and drop off. High quality van.
I liked the fact that it is 24hr hire period from a choice of pickup times (as opposed to a blanket 9am start).

I had pre-booked the van and picked it up when agreed. The van, was as described and perfect for what I wanted it for. Delivered back earlier than the opening times as this was convenient for us, which again, was no problem. We have used Number 1 car & van hire on numerous occasions and we will continue to use them when the need arises.

This was the second time i have used Number One. i rented a van on both occasions and found the service to be friendly and efficient. As with all insurance companies i suggest you also photograph any defects and watch those wheel hubs (as warned by Number One helpful assistant).
