Was pressured into purchasing something and followed around the store and pressured even when I asked not to have any more items shoved in my face. When I came back to return the item they said it was not possible and I could only get a coupon valid for only ONE MONTH! I purchased a sweater that they told me was machine washable at 30 and after reading the tag it is dry clean only!!!
When I tried to find help online, they don't have a submit button to actually recieve messages on their site and every time you try to use the chat bot it magically dissappears. It seems tbis whole company is nothing but a scam with plastic clothing.
