I shop for the prices, not the service, just to be clear.
When the products are in stock, which can be a gamble, I get them delivered here in Australia without fuss.
HOWEVER, placing an order and realising 3-4 weeks later it still hasn't arrived...only to check and see its still "processing"...aka not in stock...and no notice or alternative option provided shows how poor their customer service can be. Not good when I buy in bulk, very frustrating service.

Horrible service
Horrible service - my order was never shipped and the company kept my money! I had to hire an attorney to handle this matter. Also, I found out the FDA is conducting an investigation into their products. Not happy!

Shipped package with a missing item
Shipped package with a missing item. Their customer service is completely absent. I've called maybe eight times (they never once picked up). I've left three phone messages, as well as multiple messages on their website communication system -- they haven't replied still after three weeks. Stay away from this company. Maybe you will get your product but they are incompetent and won't bother trying to fix the mistakes they often make.

Reliable deliveries though can take time, good prices, but very poor customer service. Totally futile if attempts are made to contact the company. They never respond!

Really upset
I made an order from France on the 1st of July for 3 boxes of Black Cat.
I got my order and it was not what I ordered so i sent the order back with expenses of about 20$.
I sent I don't know how many emails and called the shop and never had any answer.
Never got my product at that day and still waiting for answers of Nutra Planet
