Wanted very much to order an item that sounded like it was just what i needed, and like a previous Reviewer the offer code was not valid! Discovered why - mailing received in October 2021 stated as "this month as part of our January sale"!!!!! Says it all really!
The only other thing I have tried from this company was a few years ago and their Soothe Away pain rub oil- which actually worked! Tried to reorder to be told it was discontinued!
In view of the current status of deliveries think I will stick to what we have in UK's H&B!
I've been a Nutriplus customer for some years, had numerous problems with customer service but stuck with them. No more.
On monday 23rd august 2021 I received an email from them advising me that on orders of £50 plus there would be a discount of £10-apply the code NUTRITEN.
Went on line, entered code and met with THIS CODE IS INVALID.
Rang customer services three times-gave up after long waits.A day or so later I got through ,explained the situation but was told the only person who could help was at lunch. They'd ring me back.I received no call back.Next day I tried again. This time they confirmed code invalid, casting doubt on the origin of my email!
'Screenplay' your email and forward to Head Office the customer rep. suggested.BUT that's where it came from I said-Why send it back ? No other help offered.
Subsequently I emailed Nutriplus on their official contact address. No reply.
This has happened many times before BUT ENOUGH IS ENOUGH .Appalling customer service
This refers to feeling the eyecare supplement in question was something worth trying. Unfortunately the internet customer care left much to be desired and I took 3 unanswered (polite) queries and a phone call to find the person to chase up this order. A month to the day the order was originally sent the supplements finally arrived. I did recommend NutriPlus "customer Care' sign up to Trust pilot. The site could inform them of customer problems saving them having to deal with phone calls from angry and dissatisfied customers. Me? I just wanted to know when the product would be mailed..if the product actually existed before recommending this site to potential new customers.Customer Care is VERY important! I'll think twice about any new orders.
Ordered some supplements from nutriplus and two weeks after the order confirmation and the money was taken nothing had arrived. Then contacted the company who said they would post a claim letter I needed to sign before a refund or they could re-send the goods. This never turned up complained again and another letter was sent. This did eventually turn up so I sent it off. Two weeks later still no response so email them again and quote
“Thank you for your email. We are sorry but as yet we have not received your claims form back, these can take 3-4 weeks at the moment as we are experiencing postal delays. As soon as the form is received back in our office, we will have the goods re-sent out to you, but unfortunately until we receive the form back, we are not able to take any further action.”
These guys do not understand the concept of customer service so I suggest you avoid.
