I recently had an issue with an order I placed. The customer service rep responded quickly much to my satisfaction. I've been buying from the this company for years and I've always found their products to be excellent and delivered quickly.

Nuts.com. My son passed away and I placed an order to have as people stopped by. I placed the order on January 6th. Today is January 11th still no delivery. According to its shipping log it was in Claremont sent to Durham, delivered back to Claremont and the order has been in Claremont for 4 days now

Always a quick shipping; good packing and items carefully handled and couldn't ask for nicer arrangements. Wonderful gifts for people and a nice selection for all occasions.

They were great. I had an issue with the first order, they took care of it, without issue or delay. Love their work!

Fantastic products. Too yummy! Must quit eating.

After seeing ads on FB during the holidays, I thought I'd give them a try. My husband enjoys fruit slices and chocolate covered raisins. I like...all of it.
So I thought I'd give it a shot.
Fruit slices: box of mini slices, a lb of regular mixed slices and a lb of cherry slices (my personal favorite!).
Expect lots of sugar and little fruit flavor.
Dark chocolate covered raisins: LOTS of chocolate covering a raisin.
8oz bag of sea salted caramel covered with dark chocolate. One word: YUMMY!!!
Bag of roasted pecans with light salt. Actually pretty good.
Final result is a mixed bag. Won't get the fruit slices again or the raisins. Maybe the caramel. Hard to find with dark chocolate. Pecans can be found anywhere.
So, there ya have it. Honest write-up that the company won't like.

They are currently charging 3 times what Amazon charges and 4 times what Walmart charges for every item I checked. I quit using them years ago because of this. Their email responses are canned. They obviously don't even read any email sent to them.

I can’t say enough good things about Nuts.com and their customer service. I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address on my order, and when I reached out expecting a complicated process or extra fees, they went above and beyond instead.

They didn’t hesitate at all—they immediately sent out a replacement order to the correct address at no cost to me. No pushback, no fine print, just kindness and excellent service.

Mistakes happen, and how a company responds really shows who they are. Nuts.com handled mine with generosity, professionalism, and genuine care for their customers. That level of service is rare these days, and it absolutely earned my loyalty.

My order was delayed by 15 days. I knew it was a busy time during the holidays, but clearly something wasn’t right when my order traveled more than most people during the Holidays. The Customer Care team responded immediately with a solution to re-send my order via a different carrier. The original order arrived 15 days after my purchase. The new order arrived 3 days after I let them know. No back and forth, no stalling, just “let us make this right” mindset. I WILL purchase from Nuts.com again. Their customer care was as yummy as their products! Highly recommend the Bear Crunch Popcorn.

Their nuts and other items are top notch. Also their customer service is great. I had ordered some kind of glazed nuts and the had a great taste, but they were kind of soggy and they gave me a refund without me asking.

As a family of educators, we often try to take advantage of times off work to travel with my service dog and our ten-year-old son. This Winter Break included a long haul across multiple states, two holidays to pack and prepare for, and an additional guest with my dad flying from NJ to WA to join us. To fulfill everyone's wants and hopes, I chose Nuts.com to be the unofficial sponsor of this year's adventure and it absolutely MADE our holiday! My father and myself are both in various stages of recovery from severe health concerns that limit us from being able to enjoy most snacks at home or restaurants out, but with all the goodies I ordered us from Nuts.com, everyone felt like they were really on vacation. We worked out everyday of our trip, enjoying fresh, high quality nuts that remained just as tasty from the first to the last day and LOVED snacking on the many options of freeze-dried fruit. It was our best Christmas yet and I have Nuts.com to thank. We will absolutely be purchasing again!

My order was mis-delivered and the customer service team did a wonderful job replacing the gift I had sent. They were friendly and efficient. I’m very happy with their service and product and will use them again!

Great Customer Service for a package with an undetermined location of delivery. Fedex was uncertain where the pkg was left and there was No photo.

The products are excellent, the support team is great and handle requests with speed.

Had a problem with the delivery company leaving the package at night in front of the garage instead of by the door...drove right over it and everything was ruined. Customer Service was awesome...Your company will definitely get my business again. Thank you

I had a horrible experience with this company. I bought a chocolate to give as a gift but i never received it. It was so hard to deal with them. I was left without a gift and late return. Do not buy from them because you will not receive it. And you will be left without headache.

The folks at Nuts.com have always gone above & beyond to provide excellent service and do everything in their power to correct unavoidable problems. Plus, their products are uniformly excellent.

Sub par chocolate, jelly rings had a whiteish like mold coating on them had to throw away notified nuts .com an they where like oh well .Smh wont be placing any orders with them !
