I can’t comment on the quality of the product as it has not been received. After 2.5 weeks I have cancelled my order - beware that once you pay you will be waiting indefinitely without receiving any comms from this company unless you instigate them - Nuut have replied when I contacted them but unfortunately although assurance re delivery times were provided they were not met. It is a lot of money to spend and I waited and gave it a lot of thought before ordering; I was really disappointed with the communication and service that I received - I am sorry to say that I do not feel it lived up to the price point of the product nor the image that their branding seeks to create positioning them as an exclusive and luxury brand.

Such a long time to receive my order and then only half delivered. So frustrating.

Good at first, you lose weight. Then you’re absolutely starving. With no control over how you’re eating. Then you’re back on track using the shakes, and you feel really sick. I noticed these shakes contain copper in the ingredients. Too much copper in the body as a heavy metal can throw your whole system out of balance. Check with your doctor if this product is right for you, especially long term use. I do not recommend. They rejected my refund request. Not my fault the product makes me feel sick!! Waste of money. Fatter and sicker 3 months after use.

Before I start let me say this - taste is a personal thing. Not here to slander the company (all comms I had with them were great), just wanted to leave a comment on the taste given I bought the product based on reviews raving about how delicious it was. For me, that wasn’t the case. The paleo variant didn’t taste chocolate-y at all - all I got was the flavour of sweetener which I dislike. I mixed it in a high powered blender with milk so I hate to think what it tastes like out of a shaker with water. Again, I completely believe loads of people love the flavour, but if you’re sensitive to the taste of protein powders like I am it’s something to bear in mind.

Love these shakes ... I've been using them for a while. My tummy tolerates them really well and they make a very good part of a lazy vegetarian's diet!

Whilst I think the actual product is rest, I'm really disappointed about the complete lack of communication from the company.
I purchased the 28 day pack and it includes a meal plan, quite a few of the recipes are incorrect, saying the it's one serve (when it's clearly not, 1/2 cup sugar! For banana bread).
Other recipes don't make sense.
I've contacted the company a few times to ask about the meal plan and recipes. Nothing. Disappointing. I will probably not purchase this product a second time only because I'm annoyed that they don't engage.

I am SO happy with my progress regarding losing weight by combining 2 NUUT shakes with coconut, almond or oatmeal milk - and usually a banana or frozen raspberries - per day and 1 healthy meal.
Initially - I was ‘cheating’ pretty regularly - so weight loss was minimal - AND slow.
My diet is vegan - SO - I was very happy to find NUUT was plant based. It mixes up well in a blender - and I enjoy the taste and consistency - it also has a pleasant aftertaste.
From a holistic perspective - I feel that NUUT offers me well rounded nutrition.
I like the taste - my preference is the ‘balanced‘ option - AND - and for me - and this is a very important and thrilling outcome - it has reintroduced discipline back into my diet regarding what foods I choose and portion sizes.
As of today - since sticking to the ‘regime’ - I have lost 3 and a half kilos in just over 7 days.
I am rarely hungry and I really feel I am both nurturing myself - and - finally enjoying weight loss in a way that improves my life - rather than my feeling I am punishing myself and subsequently giving up!

This is a really great brand, the different flavours all taste fab. I found them to be very satisfying and you definitely notice a shift in energy for the better as well as great skin, hair and nails. I also found that it really helped lift my mood especially durning the first lock down. Great service and the meal plan was excellent and very easy to follow! Thank you!

The product came fast despite message about covid delay. Not sure if other reviews are fake or not but I certainly do not like the taste but after 1 week its tolerable. Tastes sweet and nutty, but very watery aswell even if you put in less water. Certainly not like chocolate or hot chocolate as some people have mentioned. I have to add things to make it palatable like a bit of mint or vanilla extract, or make with milk. The texture is grainy even after 5 min of shaking so I recommend making in a blender as it really helps make it taste better and a nicer texture. I do feel better in myself and less hunger pangs after having it but really struggling to stick to it as I dislike the taste.

This is my second review & I was sad that there have been some poor reviews! I had to wait a long time for my first order, but there were all sorts of problems due to Covid. I did get information from Nuut & only received 2 varieties, but that was because they were waiting for ingredients, and I wanted to start my diet. There have been problems everywhere. It was worth the wait!
I love the shakes, have lost 10 kilos, & am about to place my third order!

Tastes good and super filling, very happy!

Having used a blender rather than just shaking in the bottle, it much more palatable. It is a great meal replacement and really easy to take to work.

After trying other diets and finding them not sustainable and feeling starving all the time we gave Nuut a go. We are so glad we did! My husband has lost 3 stone so far and me a stone! The shakes are creamy, chocolaty and filling. They taste great too! Thanks Nuut!

Hi I wrote a message about not getting the 3 varieties of Nuut and being dissatisfied at not being told that they were having problems getting them but I have to put the record straight they got in touch straight after my text and let me know that i would get some more in the post and they did 4 days later I got them so thank you very much and I will be getting more sorry for the bad review not deserved Nuut. Ron

Great shake and really easy to have when out and about. It curbs cravings, especially those for chocolate to help stick to the plan.

Amazing
I have been using NUUT 123 reset for about 10 Weeks, first 4 weeks followed it to the word, next 4 had a few cheats. The last 2 weeks have gone on to the maintenance 5:2.
I started at 12st 8lb and today weighed in at 10st 13lb. I have 7lb left to get to the target I set myself. I am absolutely thrilled.

I love these shakes, over the years I’ve tried many different types but when I recently began to get food intolerances to dairy, grains and some nuts I thought I’d try this and it is amazing! Fantastic flavour easily mixed and it makes you feel full and satisfied. Makes loosing weight that much easier, I’ve lost 10kgs in 2 months and I am so grateful to Nuut. Thanks guys keep up the good work.

Tastes really nice,can be a little grainy but unlike other shakes I have tried it is very filling and easy to stick with
