Popped in as building two bikes for me and my daughter. Super helpful staff Andy/Tom explained what I needed and why and ordered the parts. Called to say parts in and helped with a few minor fitting issues with the cassettes. All the staff are friendly and really knowledgable. Highly recommend bike shop.

Ive been a fan of this shop for years thats only until my bro bought a bike from them, he got fitted for the bike and chose some expensive of the shelf ugrades i.e Fox Forks and bars. He paid a deposit on it and we returned a week later with the remaining ballance, couldnt take a card tho so had to travel to nearest bank to withdraw cash, over £1000 cash.
When we got back to the shop gave the money across we saw the bike had been stipped of the upgrades and been put back to standard £500 worth of upgrades.
They knew this before we left to get cash for them but failed to let us know, they were wispering together as we left, now so so obvious they were panicing trying to fix the problem. Turns out they sold the forks of the bike to a customer that wanted them.
My bro after paying in full for the bike had to wait 2 days for the new forks to arrive.
When they fitted the new forks they we’re obviously annoyed we’d complained cos they didnt even grease the headset or steering tube. Started creaking instantly so i had to strip and service in 1 week after purchase.
They may be spelling mistakes in this but they honestly dont deserve a spellcheck.
Dont let the fact they are supposed to be Santa Cruz’s authorised dealer fool you, there are much better shops locally if you look.
Just picked up a Lapierre from these guys and was impressed with their attitude. Friendly and knowledgeable...and a shop dog too! They can be a bit run off their feet sometimes, but i'm happy to keep using them
