Rude and Poor Customer Service

Went to the branch in Charing Cross Road yesterday evening around 6pm (7/10/2018). First time we visited as a family and saw a good video blog review the day before, so decided to have dinner there with my family.

I just requested for my drink, we got ignored serveral times by the waitress.

My sister ask her another time and we could clearly see everyone else was being served.

My sister ask a third time and the waitress was extreme rude with her tone of voice. This is totally unacceptable behaviour and we were all shocked on the table.

We had to leave as it made my family feel like second class citizens. We have worked and owned restaurants in the past.
The number one rule is you are never rude to customers, if you wish to retain a good reputation.

NYFold you need to really train your Manager Bella on customer service and not to make excuses of it being busy. Being rude is not the way to go.
As I observed that her efficiency of service is poor and you need to coach her on how to talk to a customer properly when handling an order. I grew up with a family own restaurant for 14 years so understand what it takes to Manager a restaurant.

This really spoilt our family gathering and evening.

Kind regards,

Billy
