First and foremost, I rarely write negative reviews. As a business owner myself, I appreciate it when customers give me the chance to resolve issues directly which I tried to do.

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with someone named "Charlie," who claims to be the owner but comes across as either completely incompetent or an outright scammer. Their website lists products they don't even have in stock. After placing my order, they called me to upsell a replacement item. I reluctantly agreed, only to receive something random that was worth about 25% of what I originally paid.

Charlie was unprofessional throughout the process. They refused to expedite the correct order and, after a month of broken promises and no delivery, canceled my order when I called him out on it.

To top it off, they had the audacity to tell me not to order again, as if I’d ever willingly subject myself to this nightmare or support a business like theirs.

The only slightly positive note? Their website chat support responded quickly—though it was completely useless and unhelpful.

AVOID at all costs!

This company charged my card and never sent order. They don't respond to emails and facebook messages. Do not order from this scam company!

Placed an order for an oculus carb cap for my puffco peak pro and they sent me a carb cap from the puffco proxy. Common mistake I'm sure. But when I emailed them and told them they sent me the wrong piece and attached pictures in my emails and everything, I was told that I had to send back what they sent me first before they would send me my correct piece that I ordered in the first place. Mind you I work 6 days a week and don't have time to try and find a place to print the shipping label they emailed me and then put what they sent me back in an envelope go down to the post office and get it in the mail. I gotta do ALL this stuff before I could even get the right piece that I paid for in the first place... when I seen that they wanted me to do that. I told them " you have got to be kidding me, this is ridiculous. Keep the right piece that ordered and I'll just go buy it from somewhere else... worst customer service experience...if you don't have the funds or the means to make up for the mistakes you make and not wanting first a customer to send in something they never wanted in the first place before you make the purchase right.

I don’t usually write reviews but I felt like this one had to be written.

I wanted a backpack and it was quite hard to get it over here in the UK so I had to order it from the US and NYGlass was one of the only places I could order it from and as the price was a great deal I ordered straight away.

However it wasn’t until after I had ordered that I checked the reviews on trustpilot and seen that they weren’t good as all of them apart from 1 had been given as 1 star. So at this point I basically accepted the fact I had been scammed and weren’t receiving my product.

It had been a couple of weeks and I still hadn’t received so I emailed them not expecting to get a reply but I received one and it was really helpful. Then a few days after that I have now received my product and couldn’t be happier.

So the reason I am writing this review is because if I had read the other reviews before ordering I wouldn’t have ordered and I would’ve paid a lot more for my backpack and NY Glass would have missed out on custom.

DOUBLE EDIT: QUAY has confirmed NYGLASS is one of their wholesale authorized reseller dealers so they are legit!

I have always ordered Quay Australia sunglasses from this website and while I am no expert in a product's authenticity. I hope they are the legit brand. You cannot beat the discount and free shipping. I have always received my product in a timely manner and quality wise. They responded to all emails.

I wish I read reviews before purchasing an item on their site. I put in an order for eyeglasses on their site when I noticed their prices were 20% less than competitors.

The order went into a black hole. No response or updates for over 2 months. The estimated delivery date came and went.

I had a hard time getting in touch with their customer support but they eventually emailed me a couple of weeks later saying they were sorry that the item was never in stock and they couldn't get any more out for delivery. They offered me a store credit and 10% off. I had to go back-forth for a couple days to try to get an actual money back refund. Total headache.

I purchased an item an item and a couple of months later item had not arrived. I contacted New York Glass who responded that the item had shipped but must have got lost. The tracking number they gave me actually said the item was never picked up. I have asked for a refund however they are no longer responding

Scam alert! I placed orders using a discount coupon, then about a month later received an email that the order can't be fulfilled "due to operational challenges", and then a long wait to get a refund. The items I ordered are still in stock and orderable - so obviously they just don't want to honor the coupon.
