Very bad casino problem whit withdrawal try don't use this and find better one

Absolutely disgusting treatment of myself the customer and it looks like others are having the same experience! Waited till I won £250 and withdrew and now it says my account is excluded from their casinos and this has been going on for almost a month!

Same here usually instant but when a higher one they hold the funds for 3 days its a misleading place and now withdraw is instant now is not i dont recomand werry disapointed miself the more u play the more bad ure treated waiting 3 days for a withdraw in 2025 is like a midd age casino

I red this site too late. Just an another scam casino with incredible rng! If you forgot to pay 5 £ to gov you are in trouble, but this casinos cheating from Malta or sw without any consequence!

Stay well away from this site countless problems asking my verification sent them everything got a response from the live chat person got screenshot of all the process he said your documents have been approved but when I go in to the online verification bit still says waiting for approval pure lies

deposited a few times and lost - i then won £500.22 and put on for withdrawal - i chase the withdrawal - then get an email asking for verification (no worries) - i try and log into my account to send them the verification that they want - and they have blocked my account!

Not sure this is a genuine site deposited £60 and nothing not even a fair game with the odd little win think this quite possibly be a scam site ive just gave them £60 please take note and don't get scammed like I did

This site is seriously terrible! Wins are few and far between. There is no help/support on the website, the actual live chat doesn't exist. I did a withdrawal and I had to email 3 times, met with the same response it can take 48 hours. Direct bank transfer was used to deposit and withdraw? I got my withdrawal at 46 hours ha! My bank actually blocked my deposits on three separate occasions flagged as fraud and I went mental with my bank! In hindsight I should have left after the dodgy withdrawal but stupidly I stuck with the site for 2 weeks, lost a small fortune, every game you seem to get a decent win in the first few spins and then all losses after. Good front offering free spins and cashback but never any decent wins. Something definitely sus about the site almost like it's a copy and you're not playing the actual real games. As others have echoed bonuses are very rare. This site needs investigating!

I've given it a couple of days until writing this review. On the 10th I was given free spins to play and wager. I ended up with a couple of hundred to bank, which I requested via the bank transfer route as I made deposits that way with no problem. This should be instant, but the request is still pending nearly 2 days later. I have tried to access live chat but I can't, I have already provided proof of ID etc so that shouldn't be the reason for this delay. Depositing was easy enough, why not withdrawals?? I will be seeking advice should this take any longer.

Day 6 waiting for my little win of £140 to actually appear in my bank account. I am verified. Dreadful verification process 25/2 they told me it was time to verify my account I had to order a new passport did so gave them that verification done in seconds, proof of address still ongoing I have given them five different things with my name and address on and they have said no to them all, wonder if I didn’t have nearly a thousand pounds in my account to be withdrawn would it be quicker, maybe time to take it further

If I could give minus 1 star I would. I started out enjoying this site actually however… I won £457 on a bonus then had to play £940 to get near that being real money which fortunately I actually got about 400 of it however I did 2 seperate withdrawls of 200 one came to me the other is being held now for the 3rd day and I still have no answers as to why! Really poor spent deposited and lost but then won £850 from bonus to which they then adjusted funds and took £750 off me saying I could only win up to £100 from bonus. Different the fact that I have deposited and lost money perhaps I should request my losses back as they can just take funds from you and not pay out.
