I ordered a couple of items from NY vape shop and they never sent them to me after charging my credit card. Their support email never answers back. Very disappointed! don’t buy from NY vape shop.

I agree with all the other similar experience with non-working vapes and zero ability to contact and no response when E-mailing. Bought 2 vapes and neither worked at all. Supposed to return by 30 days and I can't get address. Out 80 bucks. Rip-off

My vape never worked properly. I emailed to ask about an exchange. Months later I get a reply and then weeks later they said if I’m sure there is an issue with the vape I can return it and they will send me a new one. Months later. No apologies. I have to pay to ship it. I feel like I got scammed never buy from them again.

My box mod says over time and it wont go back to the main screen how do i get back

On September 4, 2021, I purchased two items from NY Vape Shop as replacement parts for a vape I have. The parts did NOT fit. I used the "contact us" on their website to find out how to return the parts for a refund. I did this at least 6 times and heard NOTHING back. I also emailed them on 6 occasions, and here too, heard nothing back. I used their return policy on their website and returned the items with a tracking number via the USPS. It was delivered on October 1. Here too, heard NOTHING back and have NOT received a refund. I found their number and started calling, left several messages as the number immediately goes to voice mail, NO ONE EVER ANSWERS their phone. At this point I'm contacting my bank to reverse the charges. Because I am the customer at my bank and NY Vape is NOT, I know with copies of the emails I sent, the screen shots of their "contact us" messages I sent and proof of the return delivery information my bank will reverse the charges.

They took my money. customer service will not contact me.. a count your losses and move on situation.. DO NOT shop here

Ordered a product online in July 2021 and never received what I paid for. I’ve sent numerous emails and never received a response or my product. They don’t have a number listed so that you can call and speak with a person for help. It’s October and I still have not heard anything or received my product. NY Vape Shop is a scam!!!! Take your business elsewhere and make sure they are reputable before you make a purchase.

Please do not buy from nyvapeshop. They will not honor their return policy. Look somewhere else or check them out in the better business bureau or ratings before buying. Ask questions if you are a newbie vaper because if you end up not being satisfied with a vape shop product such in this case, you will pay for shipping and handling for returns and they will not refund you, they instead will want to give you a replacement on an item you already lost trust in. These vaping businesses like the above mentioned making people lose trust in all others. No wonder it will be difficult for all to maintain a good reputation of when one vaping products business takes advantage of people.

They sent a wrongly advertised/wrong item, then deleted my review, but never have and will not respond to email.

Tried to buy a vape from them at the beginning of July 2021. I got the vape in the mail on time, but two weeks after getting it, it stopped charging. Nothing seems to be wrong with it - all the plates are in the right place, and the charger itself turns on when I plug it in. The vape just won't take a charge. I tried contacting customer service. It's been more than a week, and I've heard absolutely nothing. I tried to leave a 1 star review on the product page, and it was deleted immediately after I refreshed the page. This place is a scam. Don't waste your money.

Email contact always replies with error. phone number is fake 123-456-7890. Sells rip off chinese junk as name brand Made in USA like Insane Chameleon Glass. Straight schiesters.

This place sold me a default item never respond back until A month later and didn’t help me out. It doesn’t even have there number! Please avoid getting scammed by these guys!!

Purchased an item from this website after seeing an online review on YouTube about one of their products, boy did i make a terrible mistake. It’s been over a month and the item I had purchased has not even arrived to the shipping facility and the company is not responding to any emails. They do not post negative reviews as I have left one but does not show up on their product. Save your time and money look elsewhere this website is a scam!

Shipped, promptly, but I paid for that.
Then, the item I purchased did not work, nor did an accessory also purchased at the same time.
Since they have no telephone number listed you are forced to "contact" through their website ---- and they do not communicate, which by definition is a two way process.
Don't waste your money.

Untrustworthy. First time buying from them and I purchased two items from the and asked for a refund. Was told to pay for an invoice to receive a return label and did so. Emailed them back and have not heard anything from them for three days after repeatedly emailing them!!! Did not even show disrespect to them. They do funny business. Left a review on their site three times and none showed up so don't et good reviews fool you.
