Awesome product! I decided to try this after seeing amazing results for my dog. I feel like this helps me process food or carbs better. I can visually see less swelling in my fingers and ankles. I was super stressed and was losing excess hair even after the stress ended. I barely lose any hair now! I feel no negative side effects. I've had excema on the palms of my hands on and off for over a year. Within 2 weeks of taking this, I saw improvement. I've only taken this for about one month now. I plan to continue to take this supplement!
