I am not sure why O2 believe they can charge customers who live in Edinburgh for the shocking network they provide. In a lots of parts of the city it is completely dysfunctional.

He turned a bad experience that I had with O2 online and at one of your other centres the previous day into a very positive experience. Also the lady that met me when I entered the store was also very friendly and gave me confidence that I could get my phone issues sorted. Good team.

Came in for a switch up but there had been some technical difficulties with my account.It was starting to look like a major inconvenience, and to be honest (as a long term customer) if the situation hadn’t been resolved I would have been tempted to leave O2 and look elsewhere.
Hal and Will were utterly brilliant. Placing some essential calls and going above and beyond to remedy the situation. Offering excellent insight and service through out. I really felt they were in my corner. Left with a switch up plan i wanted in good time! A great service and both Hal and Will truly are an asset to your team.
