I couldn't give a 'zero,' which I wanted to. Yet again, their service is useless and non-existent. I tried to order a new 'phone on Wednesday, and though I've NEVER failed a credit check in my life before, they managed to get one fail due to too many checks being made in a short time, and they were ALL by O2! It is now Friday, and both yesterday and today, I've had a nightmare trying to get anyone to do anything, and got absolutely nowhere. I'm now moving my contracts and 'phones away from them, and I spend £4,000 every year with them. Please, whatever you do, never get an O2 'phone contract or 'phone from them, and if you already use them, get away as soon as possible.
