O2 contacted me regarding my last…

O2 contacted me regarding my last review about them and my last review stated that after I chose an O2 Black Friday deal with O2 and by the end that deal turned into a £14 deal. They contacted me to up grade me. My payments now are £8. The upgrade would have been £14. It seems they only ever offer me £14 deals

Problems with O2

I hold two O2 mobile numbers for several years, and I renewed my contract on February 24 adding O2 travel inclusive.

This was discussed and my exact needs explained to the O2 agent who further checked with her manager, and assured me that I will be able to use my O2 data entitlement at my requested destination at no extra charge.

The call is supposed to be recorded.

Unfortunately, I found both my mobile lines not connected to Internet on arriving to my travel destination.

A message from O2 recommended adding a bolt, which I did but noted that O2 starting to charge me dearly on daily basis fir each line.

I emailed O2 Complaint Review Service and an automated email promised a reply within 7 working days.

After 11 working days passed, I emailed again, the same automated email was sent promising a reply in 7 working days.

Here I am, stuck abroad, avoiding a very expensive international call to O2 to discuss the problem, with O2 failing to respect agreed items of contract and failing to respond to my emails.

Just made a call to o2 insurance

Just made a call to o2 insurance - placed on hold for 50 + minutes for an agent to answer and ask how she can help? I explain it’s the final stage of the insurance claim and ask if this would take much longer and she said something which I didn’t understand then hung up! I then received an automated tone of “our office is now closed” absolutely unbelievable call was 1 hour 12 minutes in total to be hung up on.

O2 cancelling my rewards without permission

I called O2 at 6:31pm to enquire about my O2 rewards I was told there was £24 to be claimed but considering how much credit I've used I thought this really short. Anyway the man I yapped to didn't understand a word I spoke as he wasn't from this country as normal then he hung up without hearing me out next thing I know I'm getting a message from o2

This was done without my permission so I first called 313 to get me back on to there rewards straight after that I called O2 to find out what they were playing at. Called well over an hour ago was passed to pay monthly he spoke English👍. He passed me to pay as I go to get the problem sorted out what a joke got this woman told her the.man from 6:31 cancelled my rewards without my permission was told to hold the line 18min later she spoke and said what you want done i told her i wanted my rewards by this time my blood was boiling 😠. Was told to wait again +20mins later she came back were going to have to investigate it. What was there to investigate the clown stopped my rewards losing my rewards I had and having to start again. But when I called 313 it states that O2 are supposed to inform there customers when there rewards are ready but I've never been informed since joining O2 but I've been promised that from now on they will but for the time being I'm regardless as the first clown cancelled it without me telling them too and I'm wondering who else they've played this game with

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever!
When you wait in the que and finally get through to an agent they take your details, either cold transferring you to someone else /different departments.
The agents are very unhelpful and half the time they don't understand your query..
My husband simply wanted to upgrade the guy was helping him at first but then transferred him to customer service department.
Husband gave up has been trying since yesterday absolutely appalling customer service!!!

I couldn't give a 'zero,' which I wanted to. Yet again, their service is useless and non-existent. I tried to order a new 'phone on Wednesday, and though I've NEVER failed a credit check in my life before, they managed to get one fail due to too many checks being made in a short time, and they were ALL by O2! It is now Friday, and both yesterday and today, I've had a nightmare trying to get anyone to do anything, and got absolutely nowhere. I'm now moving my contracts and 'phones away from them, and I spend £4,000 every year with them. Please, whatever you do, never get an O2 'phone contract or 'phone from them, and if you already use them, get away as soon as possible.

Adverts, SPAM terrible support. Reklamy SPAM i okropna obsluga klienta.

Adverts and a large amount of SPAM. Even paid account doesn't remove adverts! The customer support said these are not adverts but information about their offer (on 1/3 screen). I strongly advise avoiding it.
I was using it since 2005. It is getting only worse. I am moving out.

Reklamy i duza ilosc SPAMu. Nawet platne konto nie usuwa wszystkich reklam! Obsluga klienta powiedziala , ze to nie sa reklamy tylko banery informacyjne o ich ofertach (na 1/3 ekranu).
Zdecydowanie radze unikac.
Kozystalem z niej od 2005. Jest coraz gorzej. Przenosze sie.
