Was told in store when recycling my…
Was told in store when recycling my phone the process would take 3 to 5 days. We are now on day 8 and I haven't even received so much as an email to say yous have received my phone. I've had to ring yous myself to be told yous have received my phone 4 days ago and that the money would be sent within another 5 days. Very long drawn out process with very terrible communication

I enjoyed using my iPhone 16 but changed when the 17 came out size wise not much different but taken some getting use off as things are different including the update 26

I really like O2 Switch Up
I really like O2 Switch Up – it’s so easy and convenient. I can change my phone every 3 months if I want to, and I’ve never had any problems with it. The whole process is smooth, and it gives me peace of mind knowing I can always keep my device up to date.

O2 Switch up Service
I love o2, been with them many years now, I'm glad o2 have brought out o2 Switch up, it's great being able to get a new phone every 3 months, usually I wait and get the newest iPhone every year but think I'm going to try hold on to the IPhone 17 Pro Max. Switching up online it easy and quick, simply login online, upgrade using switch up then you can either send your phone back yourself or wait for the o2 pack and return using that. Always great service and wouldn't recommend any other provide, thanks O2, keep up the good work.
