Worst customer service ever!
Oak Berry, Marshes shopping center, Dundalk. Said Hi and asked the girl behind the counter if they had latte's, she said yes, I asked what kind of latte's do they have and she said yes. I asked what kind of milks do you have and she said just normal milk but then seen on the sign lots of other milks. The whole while she seemed aloof unhappy and couldn't care less, so I just said thanks and walked out. She hadn't got a single clue about anything she sold or how to greet customers. You have to train your staff or higher more experienced staff or pay them more. I have no idea what the answer is. Can you enlighten me please?

Staff were nice but the food tasted like it had gone off. Payed £10 so wanted to eat it, but it was very sour and bitter so has to throw away.
