We received the furniture we ordered within a week and item was in excellent condition. Good communication about the delivery time and helpful staff member on the telephone enquiry line. Very pleased with the item and service.

After waiting eight months for my chest of draws to be delivered it was delivered today.

As instructed I cleared a way to where it was going to be located. Being a chest of draws it should not surprise you that it was going upstairs. When the delivery crew arrived they insisted on leaving the furniture in the hallway. The crew said it was too heavy to take upstairs! So how was I meant to manage on my own, I asked, but they would not budge. I suggested removing the draws to reduce the weight but they said it would still be too heavy to take upstairs. I have therefore had to reject the furniture.
This is totally unacceptable. I was told that the furniture would be delivered to the room where it was required. This clearly only applies to bungalows.

If a prompt redelivery can be arranged and this time to the main bedroom then I may still be interested but as far as I can tell the company makes a lot of promises and keeps very few.

Edit: I have been offered redelivery soon, so things are looking up. I have therefore added a star to the review.

Exactly as we ordered. Not given 5 stars as two pieces were missing with the original delivery but it was quickly rectified.

Easy to navigate website & easy to order furniture. Kept up to date with availability & delivery times. Even got a time slot for approximate delivery. Delivery guys were great too.

My piece of furniture came up to expectations, the quality and finish were excellent. It was delivered in perfect condition and was well protected by the packaging. The delivery people were very pleasant and helpful.

Took a while for item to arrive but happy with overall service

Well made item and competitively priced . Delivered on time and within time slot although delivery men just brought in , they did not unwrap it and check for faults as stated in delivery conditions. They just left me to it

I bought a rattan sofa and it showed signs of sagging after approximately 11 months. After numerous emails back and forth over a few months they eventually agreed to replace it. I was advised that it was on back order and would take 12 weeks to replace. I got the replacement 5 months later, I accept there has been delays due to various reasons and I’m happy that they stuck to their word to replace the sofa 👏👏

Absolutely delighted, not only with the excellent quality of the Outdoor Furniture but in particular with the companies customer service. Whilst there were obvious delays, which were out of the control of the company (ships getting held up), in the end delivery was only 4 weeks later than indicated at the outset.
However it is when there are glitches that you get to see how a company really operates. When delivery took place the cover was missing and so I contacted the Customer Service Team - They ascertained it had been provided to the 3rd party delivery company but left in it's warehouse. The CS team requested numerous occasions for the 3rd party to deliver this item and on each occasion Joanna and Aurelia ensured I was kept upto date. When it was evident the delivery company was not engaging they re-ordered a new one (I gather there is now a new delivery company in place as the prior one was not operating with the level of customer service required). The level of tenacity as well as ensuring customer satisfaction is certainly more than I have experienced for a long time. Oak Furniture House should be very proud of both Joanna & Aurelia as they are a credit to the company.

I placed 3 orders with this company which were delayed a number of times. I understood this, due to the problems caused by Brexit, Covid and shortage of drivers. What I find inexcusable is the fact that the company required full payment at the time of taking the order yet they never updated me about the deliveries unless I initiated the queries.
Despite the website claiming that they would notify me about dates and times of deliveries this never happened. My first lot of furniture arrived without warning at 7:20 a.m. one morning when I was taking breakfast to my disabled wife in bed. The parasol arrived much later, again without warning and was just left on my driveway while we were out. I am still awaiting the final part of my order after many months.

The lounge is lovely and great quality! Love the addition to our garden. The wait time was a bit longer than what I had hoped for but this is likely due to Brexit.
The team at Oak furniture was friendly.
