The product is very well made and sturdy. I have no issue with the product at all. My only issue I have is the amount of unnecessarily unrecyclable packaging that came with it - two full black bin bags full. I'm sure there are more economically sound packaging options available.

Product damaged. Tried calling help line no one ever picks up the phone. Uploaded images on the website still no response. Been in to store to ask it be escalated. Still no response. Shame the customer service is so poor once you have purchased the product. Maybe this feedback will get a response????

Nice looking and of very sturdy construction. All drawers and doors fit perfectly. Shelves are adjustable for height. Arrived in copious amounts of packaging so virtually no chance of the unit becoming damaged whilst in transit.

My wife and I absolutely love this. The workmanship and quality are first class. It was easy to put together, though as you might expect, it's very heavy, so it needs two people to join the top and bottom sections. It was really well protected too and, whilst we really appreciated that, getting rid of the packaging was difficult in the current circumstances. It was far too much for the regular bin, so, cutting it all down and then taking it to the local recycle centre actually took longer than putting it together did. However, there's no blame attached to that; it is what it is. We love the product; just love it.

This dresser has made a lovely addition to our lounge. The finish is very good; no blemishes or marks. Doors and drawers all fit well. It arrived on time in two large boxes. The two delivery men were very helpful. I chose doorstep delivery and they showed me where the feet were in the box and the best way to unpack it. A pleasurable experience.
