The main reason I have only given this three stars is customer service. This impacts on you buying an item so is as important as the product. My delivery was delayed twice. I understand this with covid but it was oak furniture lands message that came with these dates changes that annoyed me most. They must think their customers are all thick. When they told me I needed to change the date because the item wasn't ready for delivery they said they were giving me a ' complimentary' date change and the same comment with the second date change. It isn't a complimentary date change, It's an enforced date change. They make it sound like they are giving us something for free. The item was delivered just a month later which I accepted with the covid restrictions

The actual bookcase is lovely, the problem we had was with the late delivery and unable to get through either online or by telephone. The first date we were given the 18th January, for which we paid £9.99, we waited in all day and nothing arrived. It took all of the following day trying to get through to customer services, but to no avail. The next day I contacted the Bristol Store, who wasn't that enthusiastic with us as we had bought it online. Eventually he looked up our delivery and told us that we had been contacted by email to say that our delivery had been rescheduled for the 7th February (this email had not happened) and that it was free delivery (but we had already paid for delivery)that date wasn't good for us, so it was again rescheduled for the 14th February. This again was rescheduled and we actually rescheduled the delivery for the 23rd February, and it did arrive that day. This may be a rant but at no time have we been able to speak to anybody apart from ringing a random store in desperation.
