Longish lead time but that was made clear from the start and arrived exactly when advised it would. Seems like a properly made, solid piece of furniture which will last a long time. We were limited on choices as wanted a specific height and this fits the bill perfectly. Worth the wait and cost to us, though the jump from the cupboard version to the drawer one seems a little excessive

In shop they will tell you what you need to hear and supply a delivery date. Take you cash or obtain signature on credit agreement. From that point on your on your own, cancelled delivery dates go back to store they wash there hands and tell you to contact customer services. Customer Service non-existent unless you want to wait on hold for a couple of hours.. I eventually got my goods and a goodwill gesture payments, which concluded my business with Oak Furnitureland. The goods are fine but the hassle in getting them was very frustrating, and why I cannot give any positive comments to this company. You can get the same goods from companies elsewhere with a good track record on customer services. If you want the goods and hassles with purchase they are the company for you. Buyer beware.

Bought triple wardrobe, chest of drawers and two bedside cabinets and they are gorgeous! Very pleased with the purchase, the furniture has transformed our guest room. Delivery guys were very helpful and respectful of my property. The only slight niggle is that the single part of the wardrobe was inside of the double one and my hubby and I had a struggle to get it out, however we managed and vert pleased with the outcome! If I buy more furniture in the future I think I would opt for the premium delivery, rather than the standard.
