The corner TV unit is of reasonable quality at a reasonable price so ok. However the delivery system is shambolic. Arranged a date for delivery I was then advised that the date could not be honoured., and would arrived three days later. I had to rearrange this date as I new I would be out all day, the earliest I could reschedule date was 3 weeks later! I arrived home on the day it was first rearranged to find a van outside outside my house at 22:00hrs unloading the unit. Three weeks later another one arrived, you couldn't make it up. I have some other furniture that had a 12 week lead, and I have just been advised this too will not on the date that was booked. So about to go through the same process again. The annoying part of this purchase is that I paid upfront in cold blood and I still haven't see 'my' property.

Was well satisfied with the showroom service and delivery. The product was of good quality and I have no complaints with that, however, when it was delivered, and only then, we found out that it needed assembly by the purchaser. At no time during the showroom experience was this mentioned. and it came as a complete surprise. From conversations with the company, I don't think they were aware that customer assembly was required either. To their credit, they did arrange for someone to come and assemble it within just a couple of hours. So well done them.
