Delivery on time. Bit of a struggle to get it out of the box as it is a large heavy box and a large heavy item. Good colour. The width was good. Overall a solid piece of furniture.

After waiting 10 weeks it arrived with the top panel placed completely diagonally. I spoke to customer service who after going all through the ins and outs about ‘terms and conditions’ - and had I read them? (No. I’m busy) and ‘natural expansion’ of the wood agreed it did look very wonky and could switch it (another 10 weeks but no guarantee would be straight next time either) or refund . Partly due to the conversation with customer service I just decided to seek a refund. Collection was prompt end efficient but somewhat spoiled by the driver managing to refer to me as ‘Love’ twice in about 10 seconds when calling to update me on his ETA.

The bookcase is good looking and the majority of it is good quality but the tongue and groove planks that make up the back are not fixed properly leaving a small gap at the top. If I had bought it locally I would have sent it back.
