We also have our own home delivery team. As delivery is completely under our control, we deliver to our customers’ homes efficiently – if ordered from stock, within 7 days. Once delivered, our after sales care team can give support and advice on furniture care.

My Purchase Experience
Staff in-store were excellent. This is our second order and are very happy with the overall build and quality of the products.
Downside.
1. Higher delivery charge to have items assembled.
2. Hanging rail for wardrobe too short. Eventually, agreed with customer services for a complete replacement item. However, this would take another week for delivery. Acceptable but not ideal. One would expect replacement of a faulty item to have a greater priority.
3. No offer of any recompense for the inconvenience but on my suggestion did agree to a free tin of beeswax.
Overall more than happy with the items and especially the staff in store, but a bit miffed at the process for a replacement item. Because the furniture is such high quality I would buy again and highly recommend their products.

We ordered by phone, and the process was relaxed and helpful. Delivery within a week was good. We were given a three hour time slot three days before delivery. Actual prior notification, on the day, was only five minutes before arrival. Delivery men were pleasant and helpful.
