We also have our own home delivery team. As delivery is completely under our control, we deliver to our customers’ homes efficiently – if ordered from stock, within 7 days. Once delivered, our after sales care team can give support and advice on furniture care.

Excellent furniture
We’ve recently bought 5 pieces of furniture from Oakfurniture Land with another 2 pieces due to arrive on Wednesday. The furniture is attractive and well made. We opted for a ‘scandi’ type design which fits in well.
Purchasing was easy. We bought the first three items in store and were confident to buy the rest online.
They delivered when they said they would and all items were well packaged.
I wouldn’t hesitate in buying from them again.

Daz was great, but sadly not the overall experience!
The salesperson who attended us- Daz was great. He was very patient in explaining everything to us and gave us great customer service. However, there was a sales woman in the store who kept staring at us and following us around with suspicious looks as if we would steal the furniture and run away. I doubt if she had the preconception that I am not earning enough to buy furniture from your store seeing the colour of my skin. Anyway her looks made me feel that way and it felt very odd. Totally ruined my experience at the store even though the salesperson who attended us was great.

Visited the Chester store yesterday.
Visited the Chester store today. I was looking for a kitchen/dining table.
I was ably assisted by Beth a very pleasant young woman. She gave me plenty of time to consider my choices, helping to bring other colours of seating and other chairs.
She guided me through the purchase with no hard sell but with several sensible options.
Overall, a great service.
Delivery in 3 weeks to fit with our schedule 🤞🏻 everything goes smoothly.

So far so good
So far our experience has been good. We paid for our furniture on a weekday evening, Pete was really helpful and made the process easy. We were told at the time our dining room table would be three weeks for delivery but when we had our phone call the next day to confirm everything had been sorted we were then told it would be 6 weeks. So not yet received our furniture

Picked up this chair from Dundee Store, find one screw missing, staff told me only way is phone customer service. They just sold you an item missing product, then ask you fix yourself.
