Broken Bed
Came super quickly and Glen was lovely.
The guy who turned up to move our bed from one room to the other broke our bed in 2 places. We were dissapointed as the bed was less than a year old.

Awful service
Awful service. The representative (Glenn) completely failed to show up for our first scheduled appointment—I even postponed a work meeting to accommodate him. When he finally arrived the following Monday, I had to chase him for four days to receive a quote. His eventual reply was essentially: “Apologies for the delay, but we’re not interested and too busy. Good luck.”
Completely unprofessional. Would not recommend.
In contrast, companies like Right Removals or Man with a Van were far more responsive and professional.
