Placed an order on 2/9/22 for $41.98 and never received it. No way to contact them. Bank wouldn’t refund unless I could prove I tried to get item. No phone it email to contact then

This company does NOT deliver. I ordered a hammock and adjustable stand. I was sent a poor quality hammock and no stand. They are a Chinese based scam!

DON´T BUY OR YOU PROBABLY GET SCAMMED!

I bought a dress as a birthday present in June..since that nothing happened. I wrote dozens of mails to them about the status of the order, but didn't get any reply at all. Now at the end of the year I gladly asked Paypal to help me seddle the mess...and they didn´t even replied to them! In the end I got the refund from Paypal but all the stress was for nothing. And as I expect it, Paypal sadly won´t get the money back from OASAP because they will never reply.

AWWFUL!! Bought a dress for my baby shower and it looks like garbage... I literally want to burn it!! They obviously steal pictures from other sites and send you such a rip off item!! I spent $30 and they offered me $6 back?!! What a waste of money and time!! Don’t order from this site!!

please if anyone know anything help me out. i ordered from there and then went back to the website to see if i could track it and the website is down. I am getting no contact back at all. i should have read the review before i waited my money.

I ordered from this company and I regret not reading reviews.
How can I get in touch with them.
When I go to the OASAP.com it says this is no longer available.
If anyone can be of help to me I will gladly appreciate it.

Fraudulent company! They send you horrible quality clothes and refuse to tell you where to return. Zero contact after I refused a 10.00 offer to keep my 70.00 order.

Do not order from these people. I ordered almost $200 from them and in anticipation of wearing the clothes for an upcoming vacation paid for express delivery. their site says they ship in 24 hours. Ha! Once no shipping notice had been received within the promised time, I tried to contact them on their posted email address and the emails were returned as undeliverable. Then, I tried to send a message via live chat: no response. Then, I tried to reach them via the message they sent me that my money had been taken: no response. I had to order all the same clothes via other suppliers. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE NOT REPUTABLE.

I ordered from their sister company stylesimo and reading theses reviews wish I didn’t.

Ordered from this site and the product that came back was terrible. It looked nothing like what the photo did on the site.
When asked for a refund they said they would offer me £5 and I can keep the dress or give it to a friend. This recdiulous.
I wish I could post the photo so you all can see the dresses and the differences.

They sent me one item in the wrong size and another that was not what I ordered. They don’t send invoices and they don’t keep record of your order number. I sent them a screenshot of my purchase complete with order number and item numbers for both products and have been unable to get the right item shipped to me. Their customer service is horrendous and I was told that if I didn’t have a sku number (just giving you the run-around!) they could not determine if the item came from their store! Essentially, they are accusing the customer of trying to pull something on them instead of the other way around. They don’t want to help you get the right products sent to you and they don’t provide return labels. For that matter, they don’t have Sku numbers either. $25 out and I can’t believe a company like this can be in existence. They are scammers.

Stay away from this company!
The product that they send has nothing in common with the picture they show on their website!
It was very very disappointing. And the prices are not that cheap.

I ordered a dress from the site, it said it would ship out after 3-5 business days. It’s been about 3 weeks. I emailed them demanding a full refund and saying i no longer wanted the item because it tells me it hasn’t shipped yet. I have gotten ZERO responses to my last emails. I am beyond mad. I want the full refund and they can keep the stupid dress over there it’s useless to me now. I am appalled at this site, it’s lack of customer service and wrong information. I will report them if i don’t get a full refund.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. Bought 2 dresses and do not like them I want a refund as stated on the website full credit back within 30 days. it has been weeks now going back and forth with them they keep offering me like 10% credit and WILL NOT provide me with a return address. Will NEVER order again from them.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! Their clothing looks nothing like it appears on their website. It's a cheap version of what is shown. You will get mislead by the pictures and their return policy. But once you ask to return the item, you will never hear from them again!

I purchased a dress on Feb 28th and the same day the money was taken out of my account. The website said items would be shipped after the 24th because of the Chinese newyear. No Big Deal, right? Considering I ordered 4 days after that i figured it would ship fast. I have messaged them 3 times with zero response. This is why i never order online EVER!!! You can't trust anyone anymore. I'm so mad right now that i didn't see these reviews and I feel horrible for all these ladies that spent way more than I did and either received nothing or received crappy clothes. Some of us work really hard to be able to afford even just one nice item of clothing, and to be sold garage when promised quality is horrible. Shame on you and your fraud of a company!!! Not even worth the one star.

put in an order Feb 4th and paid for express shipping. it is now March 4th and i haven't heard of the shipment even leaving their warehouse. customer service is none responsive. i messaged on the live chat which is never live. i messaged on FB and i emailed their customer service email. still didn't hear back. very disappointed with the service not to mention the money wasted for express delivery

I wish I could give it 0 stars. Or negative stars... like minus 25 stars. Do not do business with this company! I plan to file a complaint with my state's attorney's general office. You don't find out that returns need to be sent to China until you're into the twisted freaky return process! That is essentially a policy of "no returns" since it would cost more to send it back than the original purchase. Do not do business with this shady company.

I bought a shirt which was described as blended cotton. All the reviews commented on "lovely linen". The shirt arrived without any internal labels regarding the fabric, washing instructions, etc. It was extremely poorly made and the fabric felt like plastic. The shirt was $18 and they offered me either a full refund if I sent it back "tracked" to China or $2 refund and keeping the shirt. Progressively the refund went up to $7. A total joke. Thankfully I had paid for it via PayPal so I registered a complaint with PayPal and got a full refund. In future, before I order from a website, I will always check out reviews.

The absolute worst. This company needs to be investigated. An order was placed, an email was received saying the credit card failed but the money was still taken out. Of course multiple emails were sent and NO one replied. Absolute worst.
