A website mistake on pricing meant I was overcharged for an item. I hadn’t noticed but they called me to let me know and offered refund or credit which was great .

Unfortunately missing items... And not for the first time... DPD failing to deliver in good time and on occasion after the event...
Oasis own Lettering cheaper with third party supplier.. I.S Sundries.. And also lower free delivery threshold.
