Good problem solvers and quick to refund
I ordered some items which weren’t quite right for me but my fault not checking the description properly. I went to post them back but because of the size of the box it was going to be extortionate. I live relatively near by so they happily arranged for me to drop them off and they processed a refund the very same day. Good service and I kept lots of products I was very satisfied with.

I paid for next day delivery but was informed that it wouldn't be delivered on time. This meant I had to travel 20 miles to my local wholesaler to buy what had already been ordered.
