Ordered an SSD with ICOM for BMW.
After installing it in the laptop it wouldn't boot even after removing it multiple times.
when installing it in another it booted so i placed it back in the other and after finding the problem with the bay it booted.
after starting ISTA it asked for a license.
The license on the disk are not working.
I contacted support ticket and asked them what to do.
Then he tells me the disk is encrypted you cannot copy or clone.
So i ask him what do you mean?
They never replied again after asking them more questions,
I will start my despute with paypal to try and get my money back.

after paypal dispute they were very kind and solved the problem quickly thru distance login,very sad to do this thru a despute.
Was also thinking to buy some hardware from this website before this purchase but after this i will not order anything again from here.

People get scared of bad reviews, might think I'm paid to write review. However, I bought a diagnostic tool for just about 700$ ish. In Toronto, Ontario. same tool sells for 1750$ and there is no support. From the day I bought the tool, sharp email support to tell me where the tool is(in transit). Tool showed up in 2 weeks with covid lock down. Tutorial video and FAQ page helped. When I was stuck, they sent me email link to solve it. Tool works just fine and it does feel like good stuff compare to other cheap China tool. If you fix cars, you should have knowledge how to use the tool. It is bit of work to install and all. Whatever. It's cheap and works. Definitely buying other tools I believe that they will take full responsibility if tool stops working. Even if they don't? Tool was so cheap to buy.

These guys are crooks. Don’t buy from them I ordered a key programmer and got a size small pink bikini and they won’t refund my money. Buyer beware

I will never again buy anything from obd365 they sell absolute rubbish and really badly copied counterfeit merchandise supposed to be original... it didn't work and when I contacted them they said return it for a refund so you spend more money to post it back then you almost need to beg for your refund ...every day is "sorry i was busy so i forgot remind me tomorrow" which goes on for days.
Really dont recommend doing business with them

Item never showed, will not respond to emails, really bad buisness. Do not shop there! No customerservice supplied

Bought a OBD II scanner, not as describe couldn't pull out the code and erase nothing as well, they only accept EMS or USPS return beware return shipping cost more than product value.

This webpage no longer exists, you will be redirected to a page tells you your computer is infected and your credit card information is be stolen right now.

Ordered CK200 programmer. Item did not work properly and had some damaged connector pins. Seller would not furnish any operating instructions, would not offer solution to bent pins, and would not offer solution to defective main unit programmer, except to return for exchange at my cost of $124 to ship both ways, uninsured. After being forced to open paypal dispute, I returned the item and the seller tried to make claim that I shipped back only a portion of what was originally sold, in an attempt to avoid refund. This obvious lie was caught when paypal checked the shipping weights of original and return shipments, which were identical. I was lucky to only lose $65 for shipping on this transaction. AVOID THIS COMPANY! If you want to take a chance on this kind of Chinese junk, buy it on a credit card from a seller located here in the USA so that you can dispute the charges if they try to scam you like this company does.

TL;DR

Bought item. Item was faulty. Two options. Send back for repair at own cost or accept a refund of 48% and keep the useless item. Either way buyer is out of pocket. Shop elsewhere and read reviews first.

UPDATE: GOT SCREWED by both obd365 and Paypal. Paypal ruled on their behalf saying I have to send item back via tracked service. It would cost my time plus 71% of original price to get bugger all back.

I recently purchased a xhorse M-VCI cable from obd365. They posted the order out a full week later. I didn't receive the order until 3 weeks after that. So a month all up waiting for the item to show up.

Then it turns out the cable is faulty. I sent them proof via screenshots, and I was running the software on 32 bit windows. They agreed it was faulty but only gave two options.

1. Return at my own cost, which would have equated to half of the total cost.

2. Accept a partial refund of US$13 (less than half of total cost) and keep the broken/useless cable.

So either way you would have been better off not buying anything at all.Especially not from scam artists like this seller.

Think about all the money they could be making from sending out items they knew were faulty in hopes the buyer isn't bothered to send it back.

PS: The quality control mark on their cables are nothing more than false advertising, if it was tested I wouldn't have gotten a faulty cable.

AVOID at ALL COSTS. Unless you want a big headache that will get you nowhere. Paypal ruled on their behalf forcing me to send back the item via tracked service. This would cost 71% of original cost to send back, then you have to wait for them to receive it to get basically 29% back.

So you get screwed by purchasing anything from obd365. Paypal won't help you either because they're happy making their cut and supporting sellers who will keep paying their fees.

I am buyer who doesn't like to change the seller even if sometime mistakes can happend. I have brought from them 7 item but all the time something wrong. Wrong description, incomplete software. They are betting on one think:in order to send back a faulty or incomplete item you need to pay for return so at some point you give up to send back in China. Just keep away and buy original not copy

I was skeptical but tried them anyway and they lived up to their name and got me a very good rate. 150% satisfied I totally recommend.
