I have used them last year for my update. I was scared but it worked well. I purchased my second software update from them. Autel America recognizes this update.

Was looking for High-end Scanner Autel Machine. Specifically for programming Mercedes-Benz Signal Acquisition modules. I did contact quite a few Autel Online dealers to ask a question and confirm compatibility can this scanner is capable of all that. They said YES Including OBDPRICE. " Yes, this scanner is compatible " so I went and bought one for myself . I have 2 Mercedes vehicles that need that coding. I was so happy until I realized that this crap scanner can't do these things and I spent around 2,000£. for nothing . Not happy , these dealers are crap.

After having real trouble knowing which scanner would suit older Holdens with the option to scan modern cars, Celia was very helpful answering my questions.

Celia asked the tech team to be sure that the scanner would cover my needs and responsed in a very clear manner in her emails.

Celia worked out the most economical scanner for me and mentioned that the Australian car files would need to be downloaded once I received my scanner.

This seller went above and beyond and offered a discount when I was returning one machine and getting another one, other stores were charging me restocking fees! I purchased more already at full price just to support.

It was better priced than Autel's subscription price and very easy to activate my new subscription.

Price for software update was good and competitive. Transfer process could be refined but I eventually received the information necessary to effect the update.

OBDPRICE is a realy a trust worthy company & offered the most competitive prices. I m fr PEI, Canada & searched for tire sensors. Their prices could beat ebay suppliers. After receiving products, my car dealer said that my car model didn’t support the bought device and I had to return the products. They accepted & refunded me 100% without charging the shipping cost.

Terrible service. Customer service doesn't answer messages. The order never arrives, and there's no sign that it's on its way. I don't recommend ordering anything from this company.
